Waited for a long time in drive through received on item at a time. Ordered sundaes and blizzards ask for lids and they put pop lids on the blizzard was not the same will never go back to this location. Best location is on memorial quality of food there is amazing.

Very slow service if you go inside. Drive through no problem. Inside you wait 30 mins for your food.Reply to the owners response:I'm not angry that I had to wait for my food, that is expected. I'm disappointed that I had to wait 30+ minutes for my order while 4 or 5 cars went through the drive through. I believe customers Inside the fast food joint should be treated with the same fast service as drive through. I would also like to note it was only my boyfriend and I plus 1 other person inside the store. There must be a way to ensure drive through times are fast as well as not having walk ins wait 30mins for "fast food" while 4 staff are working plus manager so 5. Just confused why it took so long, maybe I'm missing something? Thanks

Horrible experience. Asked for a bag at the ordering kiosk when they asked me. Got to the window they said I didn’t ask for one after me paying. Then she walks away for 2 minutes well the food got cold and she comes back and doesn’t offer for me to now “buy” a bag instead tells me no too bad and tried to close the window again without handing over the food. At that time we thru our arms up and she opened the window and said “what” we asked for the remainder of our food, she gave attitude and handed us the rest of the cold food. Worst service I’ve ever experienced at a drive thru.

The service was so bad and a really dirty place that I didn't order anything. Terrible service!
Slow service, understaffed, poor english, over priced, short on ingredients. 20 min total wait to get banana splits (No pineapple available. Two orders taken after us got their orders first.Talked with manager. He didnt offer any compensation for the long wait or the messed up order.We are always having issues with this DQ. No bananas another time, no ice cream cakes another time. This might be the last time we come here.I will be contacting HQ. Will update…

We had to sit in the drive thru for 30 minutes+ to receive our small order. There was no explanation or even an apologies for the significant wait. Multiple cars reversed and left the line. Signage outside promotes a promotion that is outdated. Skip this DQ!

This is one of, if not my favourite DQs I have visited. When you first walk in, the lighting seems a bit dim however I quite like the atmosphere especially since this looks like an older location, so the booths have cushions instead of putting style over comfort. Although I will say the booths are a little cramped.We ordered two number 9s (two double original cheeseburger combos) and a small chocolate dipped cone. The burgers was more than satisfactory and the fries were delicious, both were hot and the burger have properly melted cheese. The cone was tasty and everything you could want in a chocolate dipped cone (this is true for all DQ locations, the small cone is not small, it is a good size for anyone, so don’t be fooled. They are called Dairy Queen for a reason) all in all the food was great! I just wish they brought back the DQ Julius, but that is not the fault of the staff, who gave great service. Everyone was very accommodating and seemed to work well together. The cherry on top is that the manager was also working which (to me) shows good management. Something interesting to note is that they have a “Manager Special” which I think every DQ should implement, however it would be nice if the servers let us know that there was a way to make our chosen meal cheaper, but oh well. Bathroom are good and clean.Overall, this location is great and gets a well deserved 9.5/10 and I do think this is one of the best locations in town.
