They are not a full serice Dairy queen. I went there last Friday with a co-worker to get a few burgers. The person at the front was rude and just said they are not a full service shop and she couldn't... No recommendation, explanation of what that means, nothing. I just assume they don't make burgers here at this spot I guess. So that is the last time I will ever go to that place. With things slowing down I doubt this place will be in business much longer. Shame, I was really looking forward to a few of their burgers.

Didn't even finish the order. Pretty sure the individual who's back is in the photo of the last review was who served us. Very rude, not only to us but to other previous customers before us. Just overall from the greeting to taking the order at least smile and pretend you like your job.

I went tonight at 630-635 and ordered a medium plain Reese’s blizzard. I am gluten sensitive so I can handle the regular Reese’s but not cookies. The cashier proceeded to make me a specialty blizzard with cookie/graham crumbs and when I returned it and asked what was in it she got immediately rude with me and said I ordered something I didn’t. She said I ordered the one with cookies and showed me the recipe which said it wasn’t the regular blizzard, but I told her I was sorry but I will get sick if I eat it. She was so angry and offended by me and was not nice. It’s a blizzard, not a reason to bite someone’s head off. You make the mistake, make it right and don’t fight with a customer. I will call manager in the morning. She was not wearing a name tag.Dietary restrictions: Gluten sensitive

Ordered a diet Pepsi and the cashier gave me a regular Pepsi and when I returned it was a big deal for refund.Also, the other cashier said they had no diet so I got handed the regular with no hesitation.I can't do sugar drinks due to health reasons so this isn't exceptable.Fail on them.

Worst service…rude behaviour… she has very bad attitude … bad gesture… customers pay to get what they want not for to get her attitude. We wene to their first time i will not go their again.i was getting upset from her service.

Made the mistake of ordering from Sunrdidge mall DQ- the Royal Reese's blizzard, they gave me a royal oreo. I said no, not royal oreo Royal Reese, with peanut butter, then they gave me the regular Reese Peanut butter cup blizzard. I went back again and they were insisting that they don't have a blizzard with peanut butter, I said "look at your menu, there's a photo of a blizzard with peanut butter in it" which was right above them, still unresolved. Will never go there again.

The blizzards and ice creams here are the same as other DQs. Pretty good but the food is always average or below when you go to DQ, if you want a hotdog New York fries is right around the corner. But as always it’s good DQ ice creams
Ordered a fudge stuffed cookie and it was a frozen cookie and the fudge wasn’t melting. Very disappointing and impossible to eat

One of the workers was being explicitly inappropriate and tried flirting with me. I wasn't able to get his name as he wasn't wearing a tag, but he had auburn hair. Certain gestures were just unnecessary, especially considering the fact there were a lot of children there and it made me very uncomfortable.

September 12, 2022 6:18pm: The lady who took my order was super rude. I asked for a strawberry brownie blizzard with extra banana and she told me not to add banana cause it will melt the blizzard. I told her it was okay and she doesn’t have to turn the cup upside down, but still she insisted. I told her many times that it was okay and she responded rudely at all those times and gave me the side eye. DQ is my favorite but surely won’t be buying from this store again!
