I ordered a cake for my son’s birthday and asked for a specific anime character! They called me so confirm everything and were so helpful and did an amazing job for the image. I could not of asked for better.

The service here leaves much to be desired. In the past, my negative reviews were primarily fueled by the poor service attitude. Unfortunately, today, even with the arrival of a new Filipino employee, the situation remains unchanged. Despite expressing gratitude towards her, she merely ignored me, casting a sideways glance. It's perplexing how this store seems to perpetuate such attitudes. Will this culture of indifference persist and spread further?

A nice quiet place with a pleasant side bar sitting area.Service is pretty mediocre ussualy but sometimes it stands out well.I love the pretzel sticks they have there, they're extremely good hot! Definitely don't want to wait too long after ordering them to eat, they can get halfway to being colder then I like in the time it takes me to eat an ice cream cone.the various Ice cream and shakes are also always good if overly pricy.

I will never go to this location. They only do treats, so you’d think the staff would know how to make the 3 things on the menu. They don’t even have to flip burgers. And they somehow can’t even mix a blizzard properly. No one cares here. Definitely go somewhere else if you want to enjoy your ice cream. Not to mention the guy taking my order didn’t seem to know what half the blizzard flavours even were. Shocking how bad this place is.

Not to impressed go in standing there for 10 min and no service so will never go back. Great customer service so im guessing its ok to not bother with the customers. Good job.

Terrible customer service, the lady was super rude and doesn’t know how to treat customers. Just saying “what you want” over and over again and basically threw our shakes at us
If your staff member is going to drop hot chili on the floor and have it splash on to 3 of your customers in the face, and their clothes, instead of just staring at us then proceeding to pick up the said chili off the floor and place it on a hot dog you were prepping you could have apologized.Also please learn how to properly make peanut parfaits, surely DQ has a picture in their prep areas of what it should look like for those that are unfamiliar.I will never return to this place, 0 regard for professionalism or safe food handling in this joint.

Terrible customer service. The short guy there was very rude. That was the first time we visited this location and terribly disappointed, ruined my happy mood and day. I ordered peanut parfait but there was just tinny bit of peanuts and just the drizzle of chocolate. The whole cup was filled with vanilla ice-cream. When i asked him what is this , he answered this is how it should be done all other locations are doing it wrong..!!! If you want to ruin your time, money and a perfect day then i will suggest to come to this location.
