I was recommended this African restaurant and I really wanted to try it. Sadly my server Stella didn't feel like working that day. She didn't recommend anything on the menu, when we asked for recommendations she said "Jollo rice" but didn't explain why and kept quiet. She took the orders and delivered the food but never came back to check on us. We had to stand and go to the bar to pay. We wanted to try dessert but the experience was just 1/5 and no one offered. The food was okay, expensive for what you get. The chicken was dry but the rice was good. The bananas were okay but cold.We tried the white sweet potato and was dry. The curry was really good but we couldn't get more because we had no server. We went to the Mexican restaurant "Golden Cactus" that is 2 min walk away had a few tacos and dessert (4.5/5)We are coming back to the Mexican restaurant and unfortunately never to Delish.

It was amazing! It felt like home as soon as I walked in. The staff are very accommodating and lovely. The other clientele are hot, can't even lie. Oh yh, the food was soooo good. Was craving suya and grilled catfish. My date went all out and ordered so many protein dishes, which were all sooooooooo good. I'm going there again today and next week. Yeahhhh, it's that good. We love it!

For all the ones that are saying the food isn't good here. Something wrong with your taste buds. Food is never going to be perfect all the time. I really enjoyed my fish it was eight bucks. I'm looking forward to trying different dishes.

The Fufu was delicious as well as the grilled Fish! and fried plantain is yummy, Just wish the service was better it takes a long time even for "pickup" they were busy chatting with each other.. and don't even greet you when you come in. very pricey food but it is good! . BUT the Jollof rice smells like gasoline burnt and too overly smokey like they need to clean their equipment in the kitchen better. I can make it better at home. also a very loud music atmosphere if your okay with that.

I got the Jollof Rice. The rice was burnt and the chicken was dry. Apparently the chicken is supposed to be dry? Not sure, but the burnt rice was pretty much the strongest flavor on my plate. I got it with colesaw but I felt it was a bit bland. Overall not a good experience since I could have just made some simple fried rice that would have tasted better than this.

I’m not sure if it was my taste buds but the food here wasn’t good at all. I was excited to try it out. The meat was a brick and you couldn’t cut into it. A whole piece of the meat was all fat. I also got a stew with okra and there were small hard pieces in it that I had to get out of my mouth every time I had a bite. This stew barely had any okra.
