Pizza tastes like standard Domino's pizzas and the quality is consistent. However, one delivery guy is our regular and he constantly take 50+ minutes to delivery once he leaves the store. He also told us me does other things and runs errands on his delivery runs. Sometimes we tracke him going 10km away to other areas before delivery to us. ?

We order from here allThe time. We ordered our usual BBQ Chicken pizza which was delivered in good time but it lacked some BBQ sauce on it as it was a little dry. I rang them up and mentioned this to them and they sent me a new pizza. Much better the second time :) thanks !

Absolutely disgusting food and manager in 4th street NE Dominos Pizza! Please don’t bring yourself or your children there! The food is not cooked, handled, or delivered in a safe manner. The pizza wasn’t even in a thermal bag. The manager refuses to take any responsibility or refund my order, saying he doesn’t believe any of my claims. I asked to talk to the owner, and was refused again in a more aggressive and unprofessional manner as the time kept passing, so I left the store. NEVER going back for the sake of my health and heart. Pass on and help others!

The customer service is upto the mark and hands down the best pan pizza I ever had from any domino's. Every bite I took was delicious. Shout out to the team. And the delivery driver was very respectful too.

This restaurant brings a poor reputation to the franchise. We ordered a simple philly pizza. We recieved a cold, inedible dish. When I called, i was initially confused about the lack of sauce before bringing up my cold pizza. I understood immediately that I confused the dish with another and moved on. I requested a refund but after that, the manager who had not identified himself as a manager until I arrived, started to be hostile and interrogative based on the order of my complaints.I told him I was going to be arriving to the store for a full refund, when we arrived, he instead decided to remake the pizza in what I can assume is the same poor quality that was initially delivered on. He then refused the refund, after I refused the product. According to Calgary bylaw, all companies registered as an LLC, compliant with Alberta's consumer rights. We have every right to refuse a service or product that we deem unfit to our expectations as a consumer. Your manager chose to be hostile and condescending, refusing to refund a single pizza order that was partially cooked and dangerous to customers.I have filed a complaint with the BBB, Service Alberta, Domino's Canada official consumer concern line, and Domino's legal association. I have attached a picture of the manager as he was avoiding disclosing his name, or a way to contact the owner. The name he chose to give after 30 minutes, was Paul/Bob Miller, the way he chose to give his name felt disengenuine and rushed, so I'm left to believe he was lying as a manager of your restaurant. This matter will be resolved with me recieving the refund.You cannot bully customers to keep 20$.
