There was no one in front of me in line and I wasn’t approached or asked for my order for a good 5 minutes.. I got looks and glances but no service.. was a funny scene but I had to walk out after the 3rd glance with no service

This is the worst donair in the city. With so many good options available it's amazing they are still in businessLast donair I got the meat was cold and cut so thick it looked like a piece of steak. The sandwich ripped apart cause the bread was stale and the sweet and garlic sauce is flavorless

I ordered a chicken platter and got it all warm it was great the rice could get some work done in the recipe the chicken was next level seasoned great very juicy not that dry at all. Overall it was a good platter that filled me up throughout the day.

Have been going here for almost decades now and always enjoyed it. But lately it had gone down hill a lot. Service is terrible, long waits, and often served after others that just walk in. Even food / prep quality has dropped.Unfortunately after all this time I'm finally calling it quits. This was probably my last time here.

Been there for the first time with my wife and it was excellent in 2019. Got some Beef and mixed wraps. Really nice meat and ingredients.Update: after all that(in 2023) place got many other people staff wise and looks like they don’t care much about the final product, it’s a letdown unfortunately

Chicken wraps have absolutely little to no portions. It’s 90% dough and 9% toppings 1% chicken.The way the food is wrapped is like wrapping a taco, all the food just falls off the bottom end of the wrap. It’s being kinda expensive you’d expect a large to be a decent size but rather ALOT smaller than expected as compared to competitors.

The beef Donairs are great and always so tasty. However, we ordered a kids chicken quesadilla and it was awful. The tortilla was tough, chewy and the chicken was so dry it was almost crispy. My kid had two bites and spit it out. I would not recommend this item. Otherwise, we’ve always had really good food and service there.

For the price of a regular beef donair, there's hardly any meat or really any toppings for that matter. The flavour of the meat is good but the wrap has a gummy texture. I ordered poutine as well which had very little gravy, and what I'd guess was fries made hours ago, will go elsewhere next time I'm craving a
