Our server Crystal saw us waiting for a table. She kept circling back letting us know of tables leaving, saw one free up and grabbed us and sat us right away as it was PACKED in there! Then regardless of how busy it was she was constantly at our table with drinks, checking in, asking how the first bite was! I mean over the years we have been to less busy venues and never had a server be so on top of our table!! Highly recommend! Especially Crystal!!

Great place to get some food and drinks! Me and my girlfriends went here and had an awesome time. Our server Rylan was amazing. She had a great personality and recommended the best stuff to us! the drinks were amazing and a good price and food was super tasty! Visited Dutton’s for dinner prior to last night’s Flames vs Dallas game and had the pleasure of having Mya as my hostess/waitress/server….she did it all!! And, a nicer, friendlier person I haven’t met. I watched and listened as she worked other tables, and absolutely nothing is too much trouble for her. Mya would say “let me get it for you….I’ll be right back”….and she would deliver….great food….great service!! I highly recommend Dutton’s, and thank them for having Mya on their team.
Second time I've been here... hopefully last. This is absolutely the perfect example of "captive audience" they know they are a convenient location before a show, so they don't care if the staff wander around aimlessly in a packed pub looking for which table the food is supposed to go... we were offered bruschetta and a burger within 3 minutes of each other because the staff couldn't find who it belonged to. They all look stressed out. None of the staff are having fun.I ordered the Bulgogi Bahn Mi- HUGE mistake. First of all, it is a panini. It was shredded beef without even a hint of bulgogi....and it was loaded with shredded cheese (cheddar) and shredded carrots. Do those even go together? No.The fries tasted like a plastic fork accidentally fell into the fryer, and no one noticed.Unfortunately, because of its location...I know I will likely be back....but I won't order food. Fooled me twice....shame on me.

I attended the Tuesday, October 24th game. My boyfriend and I decided to go through Dutton's to grab a drink before the game. I had, had tickets transfered to me, through season ticket older. Once I got to the door, I went to show my tickets and for some reason, they were gone. I had screen shots of the tickets and seats and the transfer, and an email showing I had collected my tickets. Gone. There was a manager at the door, Chris. He was standing by the ticket lady and heard the commotion. He was able to find the tickets through their system and see they were still in my name. This manager went ABOVE AND BEYOND anything he had to do. He then bought me and my boyfriend a beer. I have never had such an amazing experience in my life. Thank you, Manager Chris!
