I came in at 9:10 to get food, they refused my payment of cash because he said he already counted it. Pretty sure you are open till 10pm bud. They shouldn’t be turning away customers paying cash if it’s before closing.

Management needs to train their staff better especially when it comes to customer service. There were 3 people just getting paid to stand there and make jokes whereas cx who placed an order for take out is putting food in the bag.
I tried the new Ramen chicken soup and its acceptable. The amount of meat is generous.

It’s 9:54 pm on a Tuesday night and I came to get some of my favourite Edo food, only to find out that they were already closed. Very disappointed!!! Management needs to do a better job!
Rice tasted chewy on the sushi and my beef bento box noodles didn’t feel cooked, cabbage or sauce smelled like chemicals. Threw it out after spending $70 for the family to eat. Just a bad experience overall. Do not recommend.

Great place for a take out on nights yuu don't wanna cook dinner.
Its the 4th time they have done this to me. Weve ordered through Skip the Dishes, we got ourselves with 3 Teriyaki Chicken and on Skip theres an option how many scoops of Teriyaki Sauce. I had been always selecting 3 scoops per meal but, the order always comes out only 1 scoop of teriyaki sauce per meal which doesnt make sense, since Skip gives an option how many scoops of sauce when you order but when we get our food we always get 1 scoop of sauce per meal. I always have to drive to the restaurant to complain about this everytime they do this to me. What is the use ordering food through Skip if I always have to drive to the restaurant to complain about the scoop of the teriyaki sauce everytime I order food from them. This is the worse Edo and if only there would another Edo around my area then I would have to get my food from there.

I really wanted to like this location. The first few times were decent, but the last 3-4 times I came here on a Sunday, the rice was always hard (maybe I got the bottom of the burnt pot each time or they didn’t add enough water). It was too hard to chew and I had to throw a lot of the rice out.
