I have been coming to this Edo for quite some time. The food is what one would expect from an Edo but the service has gone down hill drastically. The last time I visited the lady who took my order was in essentially whispering and had to reconfirm my order several times. Also I understand the new Bi-law, some businesses have decided to auto charge for a bag or ask customers. Edo does neither, they seemed bothered when I asked for a bag after being handed 4 meals and then having to pay for one. “Would you like a bag with that?” Is to much to ask, but don’t forget to tip.

My son was craving udon soup and we were nearby. Only saw the ramen on the menu so I asked if they could swap the ramen noodles with udon which was no problem.Both him and I had a hard time finishing the one bowl together. I noticed the udon appears to be fried... Which was really weird and it really did not compliment anything. The boiled chicken and was mushy. Overall, it was not good.Many of the tables were dirty and not wiped. We had to clean it ourselves.The positive was the employee who took my order. Though it was hard to understand him, he was patient and remained friendly.

They take your money and make you wait 30 minutes without notifying there is a long wait. I just don’t think fast food should take as long as restaraunt food.
Garbage experience. Ordering through skip the dishes was terrible in itself, but Edo got order wrong not once but 2 seperate times. Missed an entire meal, got mad about me not knowing that their receipts don't show what the receipt from skip shows and couldn't be bothered to be even remotely apologetic about screwing up and only focusing on the receipt. Absolutely do not recommend this edo. Save yourself the headache and go to the one in the district.

Best edo around. I have been to many edo's in the city and this location gives the best portion sizes and staff are very friendly. I eat at this location at least once or twice a week. The food is always fresh and tasty!
