Went here with my friend while she was visiting as she was requesting a dairy and gluten free treat. This place did not disappoint - the treats were actually so tasty (as a person with no dietary limits). The owner was also lovely! :) I would put a table and a couple chairs outside to sit now that the weathers better

Amazing gluten free and vegan desserts at For Goodness Bake. I bought one of everything in their display area, plus two cinnamon buns. It’s hard to find gluten free and dairy free cinnamon buns, so I’m quite satisfied! The woman working tonight was extremely helpful and kind, I highly recommend this place. For Goodness Bake is a lovely little store with so many vegan goodies from local vendors. A wide assortment of products, from desserts, frozen meals, vegan mheats, warm drinks and some ready to-go meals.The Owners (Sam and Josh) are so incredible, they always help me select the best items to bring home.I highly recommend checking out this place!

The variety at FGB is huge. The service is impeccable, the owners give great suggestions, all the frozen/fresh treats/ dinner dishes have not disappointed me. Such a great one stop shop for plant based food/products. Oh and to be open til 8, most vegan spots close early!

Just a warning to all the Celiac friends looking for a good bakery, almost everything is made in 20 different factories that “try their best” to be gluten free. As per the employee it is actually “gluten friendly” not gluten free as labeled. Even the things made in house risk cross contamination. The only thing celiac safe is the pre packaged mixes. I was going to buy some treats for myself but I figured I’d ask questions first. Also, employee was not friendly.Dietary restrictions: Gluten friendly not gluten free as advertised
