Does anyone reply to their customers at Franworks? Called and emailed multiple times regarding a very concerning mistreatment of customers at a State & Main location. Calls are ignored and emails are not responded to.I did receive a reply to my review at a State & Main, however the response was later deleted and never addressed. What kind of customer satisfaction is this? Completely unacceptable.

I will not be supporting any of the restaurants associated with this company.I had a horrible experience with the manager who works at the State and Main Jasper Ave location on October 11, 2018 at 6:00 pm. I was asked about the service after not tipping that day, so I disclosed that this visit was the third time I had not received cutlery with my meal. I normally looked past the lack of attention to our table for drink service or forgetting things when the restaurant was busy and our group is large. Also, this time there was a health concern that the hostess who passed me my cutlery that evening, had a rag in her hand prior to the exchange. It was awkward even telling the manager as our group of 6-10 attend this restaurant weekly prior to rehearsals. She started getting loud and kept repeating herself that "she didn't know" and "how [she] can't do anything about it if no one told [her]". Out of confusion I asked if she did not want me to return, and she did not say yes. While she aggressively persisted a sense of scolding me, she withheld payment from a colleague I was last in attendance with. We had to address that he still had to pay numerous times. I was a paying customer who expected basic service which I had not been receiving so frustration is justified. I left the restaurant extremely upset, but that's not even the worst thing she did.Apparently the week prior she had contacted a representative of our group and complained that I have been rude to the staff for over a year. I have never sworn or raise my voice. I've tipped and addressed serving issues discretely when needed. She mentioned nothing of being rude the following week when I finally had the opportunity to address the service specifically to her. I see this managers actions as defamation and harassment, as she avoided me, talked behind my back by complaining to my counterparts, and did not address the staff around restaurant issues. Pay your servers a decent wage so they aren't slandering your customers!
