Worst service. The short brown lady with brown hair isn’t interested in taking new orders. Poor communication, doesn’t greet or respond to greetings, takes like 5 mins to come to take an order. Food isn’t everything especially if its a franchise the taste is going to be good inevitably. Service and atmosphere matters. Every other customer was being treated in a weird manner. Kudos to you for hiring this staff at minimum wage to ruin your business

I've been a frequent visitor to this Freshii location for several years. Unfortunately, my experiences with one particular staff member, a shorter woman with a heavier build and brown hair, have consistently been unpleasant.Despite my vegetarian preferences, she has mistakenly added meat to my wrap on one occasion. On another visit, she attempted to charge me extra for opting out of protein, which contradicts Freshii's usual practice of reducing the price for meatless options.It's disheartening to have to write this review, especially since the franchise owner is incredibly kind and welcoming. It's concerning that this employee's behavior has not been addressed despite its impact on customer experience and potentially the business's revenue. Her disrespectful attitude towards delivery drivers is also noticeable and unacceptable.I value a positive atmosphere, and until there are changes in staff, I regret to say I will not be returning to this location. It's puzzling why she remains employed there, given the contrast between her demeanor and that of the rest of the staff.

Picked up a 5 day cleanse and wasn't provided with any real service. No information, no brochure, no carry out bag. Even called ahead and it still wasn't ready. Spent $180 on juice and had to carry it out in a dirty crate they provided. Payment machine still prompted me for a tip though.... Had had a way better experience at the southland location so will go back there next time.

Food is good and service was average - nothing bad or really good. However what I really didn’t like is how dirty the place is. It’s really disgusting and kind of turned me off of the food. There is garbage all over the floor, sticky counters, greasy floors, the number pad when paying was almost black with dust stuck on it. It looks like someone hasn’t had people come in and give it a thorough clean for months (other than a lazy sweep and mop job leaving the floor greasy). I’m sorry but It’s really nasty and needs some TLC. I went elsewhere to use the washroom because it was so bad. I don’t usually leave reviews and am not hard to please, but I’m sorry something needs to be done.

The Sunpark Plaza location is really terrific! The restaurant is clean and there is lots of shared parking for customers. You can eat in at tables in the restaurant or you can take out. The signage for available bowls, wraps, soups, etc, is detailed with specific contents, calories, prices, etc. This is great for people with certain allergies to watch for. Their staff is friendly and makes you feel welcomed. Prices are what you can expect for this type of healthy fast food.

I'm not sure what happened to this location, it used to be so good. I have a feeling it's under new management.My bowl was 90% dry, cold rice noodles, packed almost to the top, very little protien, even though I paid for double chicken. Tiny little bit of sauce, and a little bit of brocolli.My spouse got the Greek salad. It was okay, but the Spinach was pretty limp and not fresh at all. The tiny NaaN breads were not worth eating52$ including tip. Brutal. 2nd star is because the smoothie was actually quite good.
