I was expecting the same chicken experience as what I was used to in Quebec. The restaurant doesn’t have fountain drinks, no extra napkins and no straws. The one bathroom is not available and no paper towels in the other.While we waited for our food, at least 2 customers came in and nobody came to take their orders so they left. The lady at the counter almost seemed mad that we were eating in.When we finally got our food, the poutine was a cold mess with melted cheese curds and soggy French fries, the chicken gravy was blend and the chicken was so hot that I burnt my fingers. The chicken was dripping water, probably from being frozen not fresh.It was a very disappointing experience and wouldn’t recommend it to anybody, specially not the ones that know what Fritou fried chicken tastes like in La Belle Province.

Order a day before cause they will have at least 20 min delay even if you come to the store and wait for the food that you ordered 40 min ago. Empty place but still late. Good food tho.

Waited for 6-7mins till someone could show up at the counter. The staff did not even know that we had entered the store.While we sat down to eat, we seen one customer come in, wait and leave as all the people were at the back.Ordered the beef kebab was ok-ish, it was like someone made it at home. Fish and chips, fish felt like I was eating oil.

Tried here for the first time. One of the best southern style fried chicken in town. The red sauce is amazing! The owner is very friendly. Nice atmosphere. Chickens are crunchy and juicy. Highly recommended.

Very upset with the service. Gravy placed on top of the hot chicken boxes and the gravy container was not closed properly so when it got home the entire gravy had spilled all over the inside of the bag, fries and chicken included. When we called the Fritou they did not care and said what am I supposed to do about it? Had the container been closed properly it shouldn’t have spilled. Very disappointed
I have been to most Fritous here in Calgary but this one is definitely the best. Fresh food and their service is amazing. Neetu has a such an amazing smile that keeps bringing me back. My favorite is the spicy chicken wrap with some wings.
Just ordered some food from fritou at the sage hill location. The food was amazing and the service was excellent. Will be ordering again! Highly
