First time coming to this sushi restaurant, and the experience was disappointing at all cost. The male receptionist shouldn’t be working in the service industry. He should learn how to answer basic questions in a polite manner. Instead of answering our query, he showed us an unacceptable behaviour. We ended up leaving the place and will never gonna come back nor recommend them. Such a disappointment!!!

Very disappointed experience. Food isn't worth considering $41 per adult. Fish was fresh, but very poorly cut, presentation is below average. limited selection. Service was bad, given how many waitresses were there. I had to go grab my own high chair for crying out loud! Definitely will not go again, and don't recommend at all.

Extremely rude staff! The staff barely came around our table and there was nobody else in the restaurant. Every time we had to call over the staff to take our order they just ignored us or took our order and went to go sit back down. They were extremely rude at the end and were bickering with one of our other friends. Wouldn’t come back ever again. The food was alright but not worth the price for how much we ordered. We barely had our moneys worth and we had just decided to leave anyway because we couldn’t deal with the attitude anymore. 0/10 service. Food was mediocre.

$30 for all you can eat lunch is a bit high for Sushi but especially when they don’t have sashimi included. Actually told me I have to eat the rice with the sushi I ordered. Got mad at me for 6 pieces and ate 1/2 the rice so like 3 pieces of rice, lol. Food does not reflect pictures. Tuna is totally different, poor poor quality. See pics. Squid is not chewable, The Gyoza tasted so bad, like really sour. I would recommend eating anywhere else before here. Didn’t eat a lot because of poor quality and feel sick to stomach. Super disappointing

This branch is too much!!!!!!!! ??We are 10 people in my group we drive all the way from Edmonton to experience Fusion Sushi but it was a nightmare!I understand that we don’t have any reservation so we can’t seat all together but placing my other two families far from our table is too much. Why they can’t seat on a couch??? Your staff answered me “we are not wasting the four table for only two persons” is this how you treat customers? Why if the customers want to seat in a more comfortable table, is it going to be your choice or our choice? Are you going to pay for us? Where is the customer service here!!!!! I want to speak to a manager!!!!!!!

Update. Came back years later. Service was very very fast. Price was nearly 30 for all you can eat dinner, but worth it. Ear as much as you want. No questions asked. Will be back.Service was pretty bad. Multiple items forgot despite ordering them more then one. Server randomly left. Patrons served out of order.Food was average to slightly above. Price was 5 star. 16.95 for lunch.
