The Manager, Chen, and her fantastic Team at Fusion Sushi in Ranchlands are always so good to us when we visit for the All You Can Eat Menu! The sushi is high-quality, the presentation is gorgeous, the portions are generous, the atmosphere of the restaurant is so vibrant and positive! I have brought so many friends, family and business colleagues here to dine and each experience is better than the last! Chen is especially kind, thoughtful, hard-working and treats us like her family!! I definitely think this is the best location for Fusion in Calgary, however the service from one perticular female server was absolutely horrible. We waited for our water for about 10 minutes i mean we were onto our 3rd dish of sushi before we finally received our water and that wasn't even from the female server however and thank for the one perticular slim build very friendly server who was very good. However the lady attitude was not horrible. I will be back for the food but possibly seat in the different section where that server doesn't serve.Food is outstanding.

This is definitely the best fusion sushi location among all of them in Calgary. While the food does seem to be hit or miss at times. For AYCE you cant go wrong with this one.
If you have 02 menus for All you can eat and A la carte, it is your responsibility to ask customers from the beginning to give them exactly what they need. Don't just ask "have you ever been here?" and when I say “Yes”, then give me the iPad menu. The previous times we came here and only ate A la carte, so this was the first time I held an Ipad menu, I just thought this was a new style for order. So our family of 5 members is forced to eat All you can eat at noon. The comedy continued, when we get the bill, I asked why the amount was too much, the Server (I don’t know if she is a Supervisor or Manager there) said that it was because we ordered a portion of beef ribs, and beef ribs are part of All you can eat for Dinner. Therefore, instead of being forced to pay more than $30/person (price for All you can eat for Lunch), we had to pay $42/person (price for All you can eat for Dinner) for just a beef ribs I ordered for just myself. It must be clearly stated that when I received the Ipad, the screen already displayed dishes including beef ribs.So we all had to reluctantly pay for the All you can eat for lunch by the price for All you can eat for Dinner.Recall the story from the beginning and the expression of this mid-aged Server, I think we were trapped.
