So I don’t go often but unfortunately every experience I have had has been negative with staff. Such poor service!!I walked in and it was not busy at all but 2 older ladies stood behind the counter arguing about something and completely ignored me! I waited a few minutes.. almost 5 right at the till and still ignored. Then a younger lady came from the back and asked if I had been helped! I said No.. not yet so she rang in my items. She was nice enough but no apology for the wait. I guess the Bakery sells enough cheese buns at $7 a bag so they don’t care about service! My husband had had the same experience a few times over the years so I guess if you’re not a regular customer they are just plain rude??? Having said that, the cheese buns and other products are great if you don’t have any service expectations!

March 2023: This was our first time ordering from Glamorgan Bakery. We ordered a half chocolate, half vanilla cake with cream cheese icing. Not only was the cake perfectly decorated with a school bus buttercream transfer we requested for my sons birthday, but it was DELICIOUS! A bunch of our guests commented on how delicious it was and asked where we got it from. You could tell it was made with quality ingredients. I usually hate store-bought cakes. We will definetly be ordering cakes from here in future!November 2023. Our second Glamorgan birthday cake was just as beautiful and delicious as the first!March 2024: Another perfectly decorated cake!

A Calgary landmark. The cheesebuns are legendary. The sausage rolls delicious. The doughnuts are deep fried and are worth every calorie. No matter where you are in the city, take the drive. It's so worth it.
