Came here at lunch. The place had a few high school students in it but they were well mannered. I appreciated that the owners let the kids eat their own food as well as restaurant food. My friend and I ate kimchi dumplings, bulgogi japchae, some chicken and one of the rice dishes with pork (can’t remember the name). The rice dish and the dumplings were my favorite- so flavorful and just spicy enough to be interesting. The japchae was the best I have had and I thought it was very generous with the meat. The services was so friendly and kind and respectful and lots of people came in and out while we sat there. It’s a bit of a hole in the wall but the food was outstanding. I will definitely find a way to order from here again.

Excellent chicken, we had the crispy and bone in chicken, 3 different flavours all of which were excellent, we also ordered the rotatoes (the spiral potatoes) also excellent. If you like Korean fried chicken, you will not be disappointed. This is now going to be our go to Korean chicken joint!

This fried chickecn is located in the NorthWest near Winston Churchill High School.The location is easy to find with lots of parking available.The interior of the restaurant is small. This allows for a more cozy atmosphere. The restaurant feels very friendly as if you are in a friend's house.The restaurant offers several different chicken options, such as half chicken, full chicken, and even combos. Most of the fried chicken items come in varying flavors (soy garlic, various spicy flavors, snowy curry). Gogo Chicken also offers chicken burgers, japchae (korean glass noodles), cupbaps (rice dishes), and more!The fried chicken was well cooked and fairly juicy. The soy garlic chicken was light and not too heavy. The sauce was not too thick, allowing the fried chicken to maintain a very crispy exterior. This may have led to the flavor not being as deep as it could have been. The spicy chicken had much more sauce. Allowing for a richer flavor, but left the chicken a little soft and not as crispy. The spicy sauce was overall delicious, but aside from the spice, it did not have enough depth to leave a lasting taste.The japchae was tasteful and light. Making it super easy to constantly gulp down the noodles. The texture was a little too soft, making them a little mushy.The service was quick and friendly. The staff appears to be the owners as they are running a small local restaurant. Customers should look to spend an average amount for food. Gogo Chicken charges about the same as most Korean fried chicken restaurant.Gogo Chicken is a great local fried chicken place to eat. The food is tasty and comes out hot. Me and my friends got a bunch of food here and I got to try out a lot of their menu items. I eat Korean Fried Chicken quite frequently and this place definitely has some of the best Fried Chicken I’ve had. The food that we got came out progressively and fast with the Chicken coming out last. The Burger itself was phenomenal and definitely both juicy and the Ingredients were super fresh as well. The Korean Corn dogs were super crispy and the cheese pull from them was 10/10. I got the Soy Garlic Wings and they were delicious and the sauce was amazing and really heavy on the Garlic which I personally thought was great. Next the fries which were an adventure of flavour, we got the Cheese Fries as well as the Garlic Butter Fries and they were super seasoned and crispy. 100% one of my favourites for Korean Fried Chicken places. Service was alright he got us mixed up when he gave us our food but we also did order quite a bit of food and the atmosphere had a quiet ambiance, but it wasn't particularly enjoyable. Price was average, I would say they charge the same as most Korean places.
