Staff was so friendly they helped so much! Really appreciated it, food and drinks were spectacular. The environment of the place was soothing and calm. from my experience I would highly recommend this location to anyone.
The best Gong Cha in Calgary! And when I say this, I'm serious. The service was excellent; the employees always greet you with a smile and are incredibly patient. They are also very efficient; I placed my order and it was ready in under 5 minutes. The food was delicious; the waffles were perfectly cooked, and the drinks were as perfect as always. The atmosphere of the store was cozy, inviting, vibrant, and minimalistic. The plants in the store really add to the vibe, and I thoroughly enjoy studying there after school! Will definitely be visiting every week!

usually super friendly but girl today was very rude and talking to her coworkers while taking our order
It's a neat little store and the drinks are pretty good, however, on 3 separate but back-to-back occasions I have gotten a leaky container. Twice it was the side of the container breaking somehow while it was still in the carryout bag and once it was the seal at the top. All 3 times it leaked as a result. Wouldn't recommend because of this.

Visited this Gong Cha location for the first time. I always love their milk tea, especially oolong milk tea with foam is my favorite.This time I tried strawberry smoothly with brûlée. I really did not enjoy the drink, strawberry tasted artificial and it was not flavorful. Brûlée did not mix with smoothly, I drank brûlée part separately and it was good.This location has bubble waffles, no other food items like corn dogs.Store is new and clean, I liked tables are not too close to each other so I had my own space to enjoy my bubble tea.Vegetarian options: Yes, they have plenty of VEG optionsKid-friendliness: Kids friendly!

I came today at 9.30 and they were closed early when the scheduled says they closed at 10. All my family drove there (13 ppl), they also saw me outside, I tried to open the door and they just laughed at me. I'm disappointed because they can just change their schedule on the platform and not make people go out for nothing.

My partner and I have been enjoying going around and trying boba places that are new to us. We just moved from the states and have found some great spots. Gong Cha is the second favorite spot of ours. I love how there's a location that is not apart of a mall. My partner and I ordered some drinks and snacks and she went to pick them up while running errands. She said the place was very clean and she loved the ambiance of the establishment. She loves plants and this place has a really nice vibe to it. The staff were very friendly and our drinks/snacks were so tasty. I've never had waffle balls before! We ordered the chocolate (which was our first time trying) and we got the Oreo waffle. These snacks were BUSSIN! The drinks we ordered were lychee oolong tea with lychee pearls and strawberry green tea with mango popping pearls.

Very loud music, blenders (of course) and silly nasty, dirty covid barriers, difficult to order, not very welcoming. I only stop if my daughter or wife request me to, would never stop on my own, there are more welcoming places to go.
