The two baristas were friendly, attentive, and efficient. My Canadian maple chicken wrap hit the spot, no skimping on meat or veggies here. And they made my caffe latte frappe with careful presentation and a generous swirl of (optional) whipped cream.

Ever since a past employee Naomi left, this place has seriously gone downhill. The tables and bathroom are a mess, drinks and food are sloppy. And there is this terrible employee John with a fake british accent who continues to harass not just me, but any female customer and can't take no as an answer. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS IF YOU ARE A FEMALE.

This place was absolutely amazing. The service was 10/10 and everybody was incredibly nice and helpful. The atmosphere was very welcoming and the menu had so many options to choose from. Whether you’re a vegetarian or not, this place has got EVERYTHING!! Definitely eating here again!

Generally, I've had positive experiences with food quality and service when ordering coffees in person at Good Earth. However, my encounters with their Doordash service have been consistently disappointing. Over the past few orders, I've faced three separate incidents that raise concerns. I don't know if the workers become negligent or lax when dealing with DD orders, but I ordered an iced latte the other day and it LITERALLY smelled and tasted like expired milk. I thought maybe I was tripping or something, so I had my sister and boyfriend try it, and they spat out the first sip they took. Also, there seem to be issues with keeping their menu on Doordash updated. Twice, I placed an order and completed the payment, only to receive a notification that the item was not available in-store. Instead of providing a full refund for the unavailable item, they replaced it with something I hadn't asked for. For instance, I ordered a chocolate twist danish for $5.70, but they didn't have it, so they refunded me only $2 and substituted it with a coffee walnut muffin. I'm just wondering how everything would play out if I had a severe nut allergy. This lack of proper communication and consideration is ridiculous and could be a major problem for customers with allergies or dietary restrictions. I hope that Good Earth addresses these concerns asap and ensures better consistency and communication with their Doordash service.

I went here to work for about an hour. There was plenty of seating and I was able to charge my laptop while I worked. I ordered a Cafe Misto and it was delicious. The ambiance is very calming and welcoming.
Good Earth Coffeehouse is the absolute best! The coffee tastes fresh and the food was tasty! The staff was friendly and accommodating. Will return again!

I bought a coffee mocha with lactose free milk, and it was fantastic, not too sweet, just perfectly made. The lady who prepared my coffee was kind and friendly. Her enthusiasm was contagious. The jasmine and honey latte was nice and lovely. Chocolate zucchini bread is always welcome. And the grilled chicken flatbread was full of different flavours and textures. The atmosphere is really great too. And I like knowing it's a Calgary-based company that I'm supporting!

Well it’s hard for me to give my review bc I’m a Starbucks fan however their latte is good, bakery items are somewhat fresh would be better if they were individual wrapped (would stay fresher longer) their large is smaller than Starbucks and the same price so you get more for ur money at StarbucksOverall would recommend in a pinch
