I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided during my recent visit. My friend and I spent $20 at your establishment, and upon realizing we needed a water bottle, we politely requested an empty cup from the staff member at the counter. Despite offering to pay, the request was flatly denied with a curt response, "Sorry, we don't give out empty cups." This experience was not only disappointing but also discouraging. I hope the owner takes this feedback seriously and ensures that the staff is better trained in customer accommodation and politeness. I will not be returning to or recommending your services in the future.

The other day I ordered a matcha latte from the great people at Good Earth and I was pleasantly surprised. This wasn't my first matcha latte however I do have to admit this is the first one that I said wow after drinking. Not to mention they did some good work on the latte art. Also, the selection of baked goods and teas is quite impressive as well. Great job!

A wonderful coffee shop where you must go! When I grabbed my Cafe latte, my 4 years old boy accidently pushed me and I spilled my whole latte in front of the coffee shop. Elisa immediately cleaned up all the mess and gave me the new latte and a chocolate cookie for my son so he would not be embarrassed. Really appreciate her kindness and excellent service!!! My latte was also amazing!
