They have very poor customer service!!!! They are serving nit fresh foods. We have to throw it away because it’s not good anymore. We wasted our almost 100$. Fix your staffs Grill City, they are so annoyed to us. We are just asking about the food then they disrespected us. THIS IS NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!!

Ordered half a party tray of pancit palabok for almost $50. In it I got only two pieces of shrimp and very thinly sliced egg…. For 15-20 people. And no lemon. Really?

I hate the people working here that says the orders are complete even though we asked 2x for the vinegar for the BBQ and at home you will found out it's missing...at the same time I asked for the Lemon for Palabok and I needed to asked 2x too to get the lemon and then they gave...Long time ago we ordered platter and then we asked for the vinegar the crew also said yes there is inside...then NOTHING!!! Are you guys just trying not scam us?Do we really need to ask for condiments every time we order? Your food is already pricy and everything in the store are, I know everyone is busy but please don't do this to us...Filipinos people from this store, how can you eat those GRILLS without VINEGAR?! You will really hate them, if this happened to you almost all the time!!!

Their food is overprice and doesnt even cooked well. The taste you can taste the grill metal and steam. It seems like we are buying left over food.
$20 for 4 chicken skewers that had the consistency of a rubber tire. It looked so good on the grill and the sauce isn't bad but the meat tasted like it was reheated in the microwave for 2 hours. I've never been so excited and so disappointed ?

I order a combo meal todaythru door dash,I order grill liempo with kare-kare,when I open the meal box ,it’s liempo & pakbet with a big chunk of squash & eggplant. Next time call the customer what they wanted to replace on the side dish if not available. ?
