Compared to other shawarma restaurants in Alberta, I’d say Jerusalem Shawarma is pretty good. Although it does still feel a bit western. The meat is pretty decent and the hummus and garlic sauce are good. The rice is only okay and the potatoes are kinda mid. Overall, I’d be happy to eat here again.

I placed an online order today and they did not follow the instructions I wrote in the notes. I mentioned extra rice instead of salad but they left it empty and did not put anything and I mentioned no parsley but there was parcley on top like someobody touched with parcley hands. Had a very bad experience today with them

Whenever I come to Calgary (as Iam based in Lethbridge), I make sure that I eat at this branch and always take away. Their shawarma(s) the best, but I also tried their shawarma platter and was super elated! Good serving and the sauces are my favorite!
One of my go-to shawarma spots. Have always left happy. :)

We usually go there and we have been happy customers for a long time but today I noticed on my bill something which is I wasn't happy with that. I ordered one vegen falafel plater and added extra rice on it, and they charged me 2.99 instead of .99 cents. They mentioned on display 0.99 for extra rice, but they will charge you $2.99. This is something you misleading your own loyal customer.

I typically love Jerusalem Schawarma but we ordered a bbq platter for three and the chicken was raw which is unacceptable. Tried calling to let them know but was put on hold and I gave up trying to contact them after 20 minutes. We cooked our own chicken, everything else was fine.

Awfully disappointed!None of the wraps we ordered came with the sauce we chose from the list. One of the wrap did not have any toppings!! Just meat in a wrap. The falafel was burnt and all 3 wraps were ordered were terrible.This is the second time I have issues with Jerusalem Shawarma when I order.
