I ordered falafel from Uber it took an hour ti get my food and they messed up my order too. I didn't get what was shown on the picture. Garlic sauce all over my falafels while it wasn't not like that on the picture. I called to complain they didn't care. Last time order getting anything from them. I do not want surprise I want what I ordered.

Was in Calgary for the long weekend (from Toronto) and can confidently say this was the best Shawarma we’ve ever had in every single category. Service was fantastic and food was made with passion, building was clean and great for sit down. Prices were incredible for the quality and portion sizes. 10/10 all around. Will definitely be back.

quality has gone down the last few times we have ordered considerably. food quality was terrible. i ordered from here on a weekly basis mostly from calling on the phone to pickup, so the resteraunt does not have to pay a percantage to the online ordering platforms. this is unlike any decent arabic food that i am used to, and the prices for the family meals are insane. you know the food is bad when my family refuses to eat the food and then we have to throw it in the trash. they told me if you order from Jerusalem again we refuse to eat the food. we were the best type of customers too, always spent alot of money on family meals, never complain even when the food was bad. but not anymore, you have lost us as regular customers because one too many times the quality of food was awful.

Bought a Beef Rice Bowl. Other Jerusalem Shwarmas will absolutely top off the bowl, and for 12.99. For 15.99, they skimp on filling it up. No smile, no enthusiasm from the employees, felt uneasy in the restaurant. Come here if you want a $16 bowl filled half way up with rice and dry beef. Go to others, 130th has always been really good, I recommend them.

Very disappointed and saddened I loved this restaurant the food was delicious but I found the past couple times its not good. They appeared just opening when we arrived by 3:30 and it appeared they were cooking the food after about 25 minutes the food was served the potatoes were cold the falafels weren't recently deep fried with that piping hot crispy texture. The hummus they served was typically warmed with a bit of paprika, not this time, cold like right out of the freezer. The staff is always kind they made thier apologies and I left the restaurant.
