This place seems closed more than it is open. Closed today at 6:30 pm when online it says 7pm. Drove there only to be let down. This has happened to us on several occasions. Would rather drive the extra time to get Booster Juice instead.

To the Owner - ordered a smoothie with whey protein only to be given one with a no name plant protein. When I pointed out to gal working counter it tasted completely different than usual. She didn’t know the difference between the two. And when she went through all the supplies there was literally no whey anywhere in store. She was super nice. But you operating without proper ingredients in store is dangerous for those who have special diets or allergies. The plant protein used wasn’t even Vega as advertised - different ingredients! I’m a frequent customer please get your act together.

Just sent my Husband to our neighborhood Jugo Juice for my weekly drink. The person working today, at 4:45pm on October 5th, 2021, would not modify the drink, despite regularly ordering it this way. I phoned the store twice immediately after, and absolutely no answer from anyone there. I have left a voice message to request for the Manager to call me.

This branch is absolutely my favourite. Every time I visit this place their service is extraordinary. Thank you always for great Jugo Juice experience. Definitely recommend to others in Calgary.
