Horrible service, $25 for a few chicken sliders and a grossly old poutine. The lady doesn’t even offer a bag for our food so we’re literally grabbing our food off some crusty tray. KFC used to be amazing, it is now sadly disgusting. Double fried chicken, hours old fries, and cold gravy. Avoid at all

There was a missing item in the order while went in drive thru so I called them back, they mentioned they will write my name so I can come back in 2 weeks to get a replacement, I was a bit off so ended up going on the 3rd week. They didn't offer the replacement. Not even a one time courtesy. Manager was polite but very upset they just ate my money for something I never received. Very disappointed. Food quality wasnt good either compared to other KFC
