We went yo the drive through 6:45 pm on 28th April 2024. I was with my 7 years son and he took little extra 30 seconds to decide what to eat and while I was talking to the person who is helping us, one lady Nazma, a crew member, intrupted in-between so rudly and unprofessional and told us to come to the window. Is this the service they are giving to their customers???? Really not happy, more especially there was nobody behind us at all.

Ordered the two piece deal asked for French fries and a gray. Arrived home and only got the chicken and the gravy. Anger sets in drive back and ask for my fries she said I didn’t pay for fries anger gets bigger. I said proceed with the fries she says you have to pay more anger I pay and get home to find them dry and cold now the chicken is cold too. So note to self don’t go back because I had to return pretty sure they grabbed what ever from the floor and have them to me. Are a few and through the rest out. Very disappointing I get it they don’t give a damn .

This is the second time they got my order wrong. Last time we ordered a 4 piece meal and didn’t even receive the chicken itself just a big box of fries. This time around, we ordered one of their big boxed meal which comes with a side of Fries and popcorn chicken. They only gave us the chicken and soda. I get that it’s busy on some days, but quality check and making sure the order is complete or right order/bag is being given out properly is very important.

Ordered 6 piece bucket meal through SkipTheDishes.They didn’t give me my large fries and large corn. How do you miss something as big as this?Never ordering from here again and will order from 17th avenue instead.Hoping I get my refund.

Worst KFC ever. Can't order online. Manager of this location is a slacker. No credibility or accountability. Putting the KFC brand to shame. I have tried to order at least 20 times online. It never goes through. Not because money isn't there!!! Get up to date with your online ordering. How much go you lose from that?

The food was alright, chicken was really greasy, also the large fries came in an open bucket so were cold by the time I got home, they are usually in a closed box. They were also really oversalted with a seasoning salt that I have never had on KFC fries, not a fan of it to be honest.
