A wonderful family run restaurant. If you come when they are baking the bread fresh for their bread crumbs, watch out! It smells amazing. I think that my favourite is the cheese katsu, but so far I have not been disappointed. The orders each have a number of components so it is always an adventure.

The katsu is pretty solid. Poorly fried food, especially poorly fried katsu is my one way ticket to seeing the insides of my stomach because of how greasy it is, but here? I haven’t seen my stomach content since.

Google map and other sources show that the restaurant should be opened on Tuesday. However when we got there, the restaurant was closed without any notice. They should update their business hour on the internet, otherwise this is so disappointed and is gonna waste too much time for people who want to come!

Good food. My friend and I always order Katsu and sometimes Don. Katsu is delicious. Don is quite salty and I don't like it. We only ordered sushi once, not recommended, and the rolls were too loose. We eat two meals for two people, but sometimes only one side dish is given, and sometimes the side dish is not fresh (as shown in the pic). Overall good, the food is clean and hygienic, I never have diarrhea after eating.*This place used to be pickup discounted (it still shows under Promotions on Google), but since about six months ago, the food here is no longer discounted for pick up*

Little family run hidden gem. Very well priced, especially after the take out discount. Delicious food. Would recommend

Excellent katsu, crispy outside and perfectly cooked with a nicely seasoned homemade sauce, great value, came with shredded cabbage with a tangy dressing & rice.Highly recommend this place.

I bought one of their combos. The rice was pretty regular and didn’t taste too good. The tonkatsu was okay but was super crispy on the outside but was Not Tender and kinda rough in the inside. I liked the sauce. The dumplings were too hard for me. Overall the food was okay, I think it was worth the pretty low price

Great little place, my family loved the food from here. Thanks to the owner for giving us a couple of extra miso soups on a cold winter day in Calgary.
?Very delicious food? They have the customer caring sense for serving sauce and katsu separately ? Amazing tasting of new spicy katsu? Too much rice for the rolls

This isn't a dine in friendly restaurant (at the moment at least) so we got a pick up order for two chicken katsu curries. The interior itself seems cute though with the chalk drawings on the walls and has potential. As for the food, it was overall pretty decent with a 10/10 crisp factor but not the best curry I've had here, could also have done with more curry quantity. Would like to come back for their sushi next time!

Convenient location as it's between 19th Street NW and Crowchild. Kids love the ramune drinks and the food is fresh and delicious. Great lunch specials too.

The food came very late from Uber (almost 1.45-2 hours), I don't know if it's the restaurant fault or the Uber driver, by the time I got the food, they were no good. Very soft and soggy. They were not bad. The only thing is that the Katsu Don is not really traditional Katsu Don. It's more like Katsu on rice than katsu don.

Great food, some of the best katsu in Calgary! Their rolls are also surprisingly good and they have a lot of other great options like donburi and burgers. Definitely recommend!
