Nyiyong, in my experience, has shown exemplary service towards me and my family. He's always friendly and welcoming, always has a smile on his face, and the food is just spectacular.

We placed a delivery order this evening and were told to arrive around 5:40-5:45 by text. Upon arrival at that time they said there was a glitch and they had to rush our order. It took almost 40 minutes after we arrived to get the food, and when we got home the portion size for the meat dishes was smaller than ever before and miso soup was cold.

I ordered food at the to-go area and was told to wait 15 minutes for my order. This order ended up taking around 30-40 minutes after having to check with the workers MULTIPLE times. Eventually when I did receive my order, the food was already cold. Later, my friend ordered drinks and that took around 20 minutes. After checking in with the workers, we were informed that the machine was being tricky, which is perfectly understandable. However what we were mainly upset about was the attitude of a blond, asian worker. She was acting very childish and unprofessional. While waiting AND ordering, she was giving attitude and making faces to her co-workers, and not to mention that she made it very blatantly obvious that she was talking about us. We had done nothing but be patient and kind even when another customer was complaining about the waiting times. We do not appreciate the disrespect and will not be coming back.

Food is meh. Service is horrible. "Managers" stand around talking to each other than helping customers. Servers don't pay attention to customers' needs. And no hot water in the washrooms...why??

Tried out KINJO Sushi recently and while the food was good, the service left much to be desired. Waited so long for someone to take our order and bring the bill - even the soup came last! ?We tried dynamite rolls, salmon rolls, egg (tamago), shrimp (ebi), bean cake, and Miso soup. For desert, we had Doughnut fries which was Crispy, tasty, and even better with vanilla ice cream.
Very fishy sushi couldnt finish the meal felt sick after.

Their Inari, Tamago, and specially shrimp sushi were great. They had an offer on their donut fries and ice cream, and they were delicious. The service was kind of slow, and we were struggling to find someone to bring our check for us. And finally, the prices were acceptable.
