I went to the Kinjo West Hills location for breakfast this morning. One of the items we selected was green tea ice cream on the ordering sheet, and the price indicated the ice cream was $5.99. However, on the bill, I was charged $6.49 for the ice cream I told the waiter when I paid at the cashier. They tried to talk to the manager, but the manager said he would not change the price on my bill.The wait staff and cashier were great, but the manager’s inflexibility has lost me as a customer at this Kinjo location. They should be honest about the prices on the ordering sheet, and if they do raise their prices, the order sheet should reflect this change.Beware of being charged more for your food at this location.
Terrible take out queue experience. Walked in and stood at the front desk, no one acknowledged me, so I waited patiently....next another customer came in walked right up beside me and got acknowledged and picked up their food within seconds. Then the person after her was acknowledged and I was still being ignored. Food is okay, just wanted to vent and say that you gotta be assertive when being the first one in line with no one else behind you.

Consistent western-accessible Japanese food, with a couple of Korean options thrown in. This chain is not the best sushi restaurant in the city, but it does have a lot of non-sushi options for groups where someone is squeamish about raw fish.They don't give you a free box of pocky anymore, and prices still went up. Must be a difficult time to run a seafood business.A Calgary staple, and a solid one at that. If you haven't been, definitely check it out!

Really enjoyed my first visit. It was swamped in there being dinner time, but the service was attentive, food was quick, hot, and delicious! Server was great an answering my questions about the menu. It was a little loud because of how busy it was but we weren’t forgotten or ignored. It was wonderful to see everyone work together as a team to bring out food out and check on usVegetarian options: Cucumber sushi roll!
