Feeling sorry for the one girl who works all by herself in the weekend, taking orders, preparing all the drinks, serving customers, preparing pick up orders, being able to work under that huge stress with long lineup , waiting for 40 minutes now and didn’t get my order yet, I hope that the management hire enough people and don’t put all that stress on one person

I’ve became a usual customer of Kung fu tea for a year or so now. Their drinks are tasty and addictive as heck lol. It tastes natural (anti-artificial flavouring) and not too sweet. This location is always seems to be busy compare to their other locations, so they run out of toppings here and there (totally understandable). The wait time varies depending how busy they are but seeing their staff working so hard, I really don’t mind a bit of waiting.

They didn’t know what they were doing. The lady who was training the other employees did not seem to care that there were customers in the shop and didn’t listen to our order. They were all unpleasant to deal with. 30 min later and they still couldn’t figure it out. Bad customer service. No boba at 5pm. With 4 hours left before close and a line of people wanting bubble tea they should cook more. We’ve had our orders messed up many times when ordering online and now that I have seen how they are running the place I realize why.

Always a delightful experience at that location! It's conveniently close to our home, and Aldrich and the other lady working there during the daytime (Happy Hour) are consistently friendly. It's my go-to spot for the excellent service and quality drinks. Never fails to disappoint! ??

I had the most delightful experience at Kung Fu Tea! The moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly staff eager to assist. The variety of bubble tea flavors was astounding, and I couldn't resist trying their "Green Milk Tea." It was a burst of creamy goodness with perfectly chewy tapioca pearls. The attention to detail and quality of ingredients truly set this cafe apart. I'm already planning my next visit to explore more of their fantastic menu. Visited this bubble tea shop on a whim and it did not disappoint! The tea was perfectly brewed, with a rich and authentic flavor. The tapioca pearls were soft and chewy, just the way I love them. The staff was friendly and offered great recommendations. An absolute must-visit for bubble tea aficionados!
Went here two minutes before closing time, and the staff were all super nice about it. I got the grapefruit green tea with agar bubble (staff recommended, again - amazing service), and it was one of the best drinks I've ever had. Would highly recommend this place to anyone!
