Pre ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas and crazy bread. It was in the pizza portal a bit early but I was there waiting. The crazy bread was just warm, hard and stale and barely had any seasoning on it. Food tasted like it was a day old and reheated. I won't be going back there.

Ordered a cheese pizza and crazy bread through the app. When I picked it up, box was cold and covered in grease fro. The crazy bread. Got the pizza home and my wife opened the crazy bread, it was charred black and the pizza was cold.Immediately returned it requesting a new fresh pizza. Older gentleman at the store offered me one of another 2 burnt hot n' ready's he had. I refused and demanded a fresh pizza or a refund. He refused both claiming the pizza was cold because I took it outside into the cold weather.I told him to throw out the pizza and ordered from the Fairmont Drive location. Picked up a hot pizza. Took the pizza outside and drove home, and to my surprise the pizza was still jot on arriving home.Will never order from the Bonavista location again. Terrible service, terrible quality, and he tried to pass off burnt and u dervooked food as fresh.

Little Caesars Pizza Bonavista Prominade Location:Most worst pizza ever. We picked up the classic pep. It has hard dry crust that's not risen at all and the crust is super bad, it's hard like barely can bite it. Hardly any cheese on it as well. We picked up this pizza on the way home so never saw it until we went to serve it. We won't support this location again that's how bad this pizza was. The location that we usually go to never serves us a pizza looking like this. Ever. So people check your pizzas before you leave this store at this Bonavista location. Honestly they served us the most terrible pizza that if we lived closer we'd have returned it for our money back.

We both still have not fully recovered from the horrific case of food poisoning (July 25) from this establishment. Clearly, personal hygiene and food safety is not valued here. A small Little Caesar's location, but still a good one.They don't have a "dine-in" option, but there are benches throughout the mall, as well as areas outside which are suitable to eat at.Much like other Little Caesar's, they usually have "fresh-and-ready" medium pepperoni pizzas available immediately. My friends and I would walk here from Nickle Junior High and grab pizza (roughly 2002-2004), and I have continued to stop by for pizzas ever since.Would recommend for a tasty, cheap bite to eat!Kid-friendliness: A little pizza shop. Very kid-friendly!Parking: Very large parking lot surrounding The Promenade at Lake Bonavista.

Will never go back to this location again. Went to get a cheese pizza. The owner wanted to give me a pre-made one but I asked if I could get a freshly made one as I find they are hotter. I have had pre-made ones from that location before and find they are dried out and just warm. The owner said he would have to charge me extra to make a fresh one if I didn’t take the pre-made. I asked him much extra and he said $1.00 more. Coincidentally the order was $11.05 and I had given him $12.05. I said no and asked for my money back. I left and will never go back to that location even if it is convenient and I have been going there for 14 years.

I placed an order through the app and it took 30 minutes for them to make my pizza. Charged me for a large even though at best its a medium sized. 10 minutes over the estimate and it was dead in there. Will go to any other Little Caesers other than this one.
