Not sure why people have given negative ratings: Please find my latest review from July 2023. I loved the sweets and the food here. The price is also very much reasonable. During my visit to Calgary Banff from Montreal I visited this restaurant daily for about 1 week. Staff was very polite and helpful. Food taste is the best. They were able to prepare Chicken Tikka masala and Naan even early morning at 10 am. Thanks a lot for that as I was heading to Banff that day. I ordered them and got my food on time.

Worst costumer service. We give heads up Everytime we order tandoori rotti's. Either it's under cooked, burnt, salted. Mostly (under cooked) and there manager tend to argue back on stupid reasons. They never say sorry for serving such bad food. I don't recommend anyone especially buy there tandoori Naan or roti.

Ordered on Uber eats, they accepted my order. 45 minutes later they just canceled it out of nowhere. Don’t order from them. There’s a lot of other Indian restaurants nearby that taste better and that won’t do this.

DO NOT PAY UPFRONT!!!If you scroll down in reviews, Rajdeep Dhillon, Harman Sidhu and R.Rathore faced the exact same issue.On many occasions I call them ahead of time to get the food prepared. And after collecting payment, this store would make me wait another 15-30 minutes. At that point you cant even cancel your order.Well not this time, I called and placed an order, I was told the order would be ready in 10 minutes. I go to the store after 15 minutes. A staff person approached me and asked me if I needed anything else. I said no. She whips out the debit machine and asks me for payment. I asked her about my order if it's ready. She said yes it's ready. I said where is it? She rolled her eyes and started giving me an attitude. Went to the back and came back after 3-4 minutes with my order. I paid for the order and was on my way.Lesson to learn, never pay upfront and after verifying time frames, give them a deadline. If your order is not ready within 5 minutes, walk out. Honestly there are many places that deserve your money and would work hard to value your time. Unfortunately for me, this is the "emergency" place if I need something quick for guests.

He went above and beyond regarding his commitment to customer service. Since the restaurant wasn't busy I got to meet chef as well who made the best Kulche and Cholle. Amazing and satisfying food.

Ordered 5 things for delivery with Uber eats.1 item was missing when our food was delivered, when we called the store to inform about the missing item( they confirmed that the item was left behind) and the solution they gave us was either we have to pick up the missing Item from their location or we will have to order something else again through Uber eats so that we can get the missing item delivered with new stuff.Well first,this was the whole point to do Uber Eats because we didn’t want to drive , if we still have to drive for the missing item then whats the point of doing Uber eats for us andSecondly, this had happened twice to us with same store( LOVELY SWEETS)Definitely not a customer with lovely sweets any more.Will never recommend anyone ??
