First time there last Wednesday. It was a last minute decision to go and luckily they had a table! Service is top notch! We had a bunch of appetizers and martinis. ? Overall the food was good! I don’t know if the quality matched the cost though. It is quite pricey so was a nice treat and experience to try out. Not sure if I would go regularly. Great views from the tables. Quite loud in there so hard to have a conversation.

Major Tom is my go to place for a very special date night. I celebrated my 30th birthday here and was in absolute awe of how special I felt.The servers here are so informative, attentative, organized and friendly.The dinner was absolutely amazing and I left feeling very satisfied and waaaay to full. I'm not a big steak person and am pleased by many other creative options there are. All the vegetable dishes are 10/10. Get the potato donuts, those slap.The pastry chefs are very talented. I love the London Fog Verrine. I hope that never leaves the menu. The baked Alaska is a show stopper but so is the carrot cake. The carrot cake is beautifully plated and is a flavourful and textural experience 11/10.

Absolutely phenomenal service!!! Tash took care of all the guests for a birthday party and specially catered for me while fasting explaining all the dishes that were halal and those that could be customized as well as guide me on the portions. The main dish and salad was phenomenal and more than adequate for a small order!!Thank you for such a great experience!! Keep it up!Vegetarian options: Pasta dishes with spinach and mushrooms. Very delicious and half portion was quiet filling.

Great higher-end dining in Calgary! Obviously a little on the pricier end, but keep in mind you're paying for the quality of service and atmosphere, which was top notch, very attentive from the host at the ground floor all the way to the bill. It wasn't too noisy at all, which I find to be a common problem at any restaurant. Very spacious and elegant dining area.Great assortment of dishes. I tried the: 1) potato donuts, these didn't taste super fresh, a little greasy/soft like they'd been fried/sitting out too long; 2) crispy hen egg, this was fantastic and I loved the candied pepperoni & jam, very unique; 3) cheese toast, loaded with cheese, could use something bright on the side to lighten it up, great dipped in the pasta sauce; 4) caesar salad, the bacon was amazing, all other parts weren't specifically outstanding; 5) rigatoni (half size) , delicious very well cooked; and 6) steak frites, medium per the server's recommendation and it was great, very tender and seasoned well.Not gonna lie tho the frites part of the steak frites were my favourite part of the meal. They were an assortment of sizes (very fun) and cooked and seasoned perfectly. Idk what was on them but it was addicting. I wish I could have those on hand all the time.

Service was attentive and excellent.Started off with BUTTERFLY'S ELBOWSWith Empress 1908 Gin, Elderflower Liqueur, Lemon, Honey, Cava and Baby’s Breath and my partner had MT MILK PUNCH with Bulleit Bourbon, Amaretto, Honey Nut Cheerios, Citric Acid and Milk. Both were delicious.For HORS D'OEUVRES, I had MAJOR TOTS with Smoked Sturgeon and Pickled Onion.I also had a MANGO GUAVA SOUR beer which was refreshing.For mains, my partner had ROASTED ALBERTA LAMB with Glazed Maitake Mushroom, Smoked Celeriac, Lingonberry Jus and a lamb sausage wrapped in cabbage. I had a bite and it was exquisite. Mine was ICELANDIC CODwith Crispy Potato Pave, Leeks, Glazed Mushrooms.To finish us off ( we were nicely full at this point), I ordered SPICED CARROT CAKE with Whipped Mascarpone and Candied Walnut and my partner had OLD FASHIONED "BAKED ALASKA" with Bourbon Semifreddo, Angostura Caramel and with Pecan.It was definitely a great experience and we would definitely go again!
