Opted for a 1 week tiffin service, there was no communication about when the food will be delivered. A whatsapp call came from an unknown number and even before we could pickup the food was placed outside at the building door on the dirty floor !! What kind of service is this!!!Upon calling and explaining the whole issue, the lady diverted the whole point on how could you raise your voice and complain ! I mean what the hell !!!! The food is lying there on the floor which was supposed to be consumed and they want customers to be extra sweet !!! It all goes down to HORRIBLE SERVICE no matter how good food you prepare ! If the service is unprofessional then THATS IT. PERIOD !!!

I started in September 2023 when it was difficult for me to cook with baby, another kid and work. Since then I’ve been eating tiffin and honestly it’s been like home cooked food. I know that my kid is eating healthy and fresh food. Service is very good as well as the taste. Their menu has great variety of dishes.
