Not as expected, beef dish, butter stir fry chunks of beef, very oily and lental dish, not what I expected, just pureed lentals and can't see any of the other ingredients they mentioned..the only thing good was their bread...

Great value and wonderful flavors. We order takeout only usually, and have never regretted it.

Great food and service. Only did take out because of covid but I loved it. Don't know if they had takeout before covid but I hope they keep it after!

The food was very tasty, but it took 40 minutes and it was cold when I got home. The rice was barely luke warm and the lentils and cabbage were tasty. I would expect at least the meat to have been hot.

The portions were extremely small given the price and everything was bland which makes no sense given Ethiopian food is well seasoned and cooked with many different spices.Very let down since we ordered a lot of food and that ended up wasted because it had little to no taste and just wasted very good. Not a restaurant I would recommend or order from again.

Fabulous eating experience! This was my first time to eat Ethiopian food and I was excited to try this cuisine. The food was fantastic. Because we weren't familiar with the foods, we got the platter which included vegetables, beef and chicken, as well as the special bread. So wonderful, generous portions. We will order again!

One of my favorite restaurants in Calgary. The meat platter is a great deal. The food is delicious. When the pandemic started they supported the community with free food platters

I went there with a friend when you could dine in. Good sized restaurant with second floor seating. The decor is nice bright Ethiopian national colours - red, yellow and greens. Cloth covered tables. At first, the service appears to be slow until you realize Ethiopian time is like Jamaican time. Slow and steady gets you there eventually. We asked the waiter what he would recommend as we wanted a real Ethiopian experience. We ordered the two person combination meat and vegetable platter - beef, lamb, chicken and vegetables on a platter. It was so much fun to eat with our fingers. We ordered baklava for dessert which we ate later at home as the platter was quite filling. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and will return when we can dine in again sometime. Might even consider takeout if I am in the area sometime. Their food is not as spicy as Abyssinia's. Definitely a recommend for this restaurant!!!

Tremendous flavour and great portions. Ordered via skip the dish and would do so again! Love the containers to keep the foods separate and make for nice left overs.

Best ethiopian place in town. The vegetarian sharing platter is the bomb! Service can be a bit slow, so be prepared to hangout for a bit while your food is made from scratch!

Loved the experience. The entrees are surprisingly big, so order one to share
