I had a fantastic experience at Marble Slab Creamery in Theodore, thanks to Jude's exceptional service. They were incredibly helpful in guiding me through the menu, offering great recommendations for both ice cream and milkshakes. Jude's friendly and patient approach made the entire visit enjoyable. The ice cream was delicious, but it was Jude's outstanding customer service that made the experience truly memorable. very slow system. no care for customer hapiness at all. the scoopers (2 total) are not capable of serving properly. one of them totally ignored the customers that waited at least 15 minutes and did other stuff. other lady cant really understand what we say, took ages to serve one scoop and when she did she give one of the order inaccurate. then started another customers order which caused us to wait more. getting 5 scoops of ice cream in half an hour is crazy. if youre not capable then you should switch to more suitable job for you.

Carlos, the owner, is such a sweetheart. He let me taste one of the toppings as I wasn't sure. It was my birthday and he loaded the ice cream with all the goodies. This is one of the best marble slabs I've been to. Very bright, clean and spacious store. Ambiance of the store is very cute as you can tell from the pictures. The restroom was very clean too. I would come back here often if I lived in Calgary!!
