Everything else was great except the coleslaw it was all Mayo, with barely any coleslaw and watery. For an additional 5 dollars, not worth it.

Other than being not very clean...and I mean tables not wiped and floor not mopped, it was great. The food was hot and fresh and tested exactly how it needed to. The staff were very helpful, friendly and efficient.

Maybe this is harsh but I really feel like your food should be prepared as it's advertised. This was our fist and last visit here over some simple things but if you can't even get those right... We ordered 2 buffalo chicken tender meals. They were advertised to come "tossed" in the sauce. There must be a sauce shortage, our had some dribbled on top. It was also advertised they each came with TWO sauces and I made a note on the order to "please do not forget out sauces" because I love ranch and without it I don't enjoy the food as much, well guess what we didn't get! We got 2 or the 4 sauces we were supposed to get so I felt like the tenders were dry and unenjoyable. When I'm in the mood for fried chicken I'll pass on Mary Brown's next time.

Just an hour ago, I placed an order on the MB App. The girl at the delivery counter does not even know how to deliver the order being placed.I walked in and showed her the order placed online and it clearly says that the order is ready for pick up. She, being in her own absent minded world, did not give me my order and instead started preparing other orders.When another order popped up from Skips, she prepared it and was handing it to me. She did not even know / recognize her own MB app when I was showing her the order on my phone, the first timeWhen I asked her if she not know that my order was already ready, she rolled her eyes on me and rudly told me, you could hv ordered through skip.So basically she was blaming me and did not want to accept her fault. Skips has its own app and MB app is its own.If an employee cannot tell the difference, where the order was placed from then don't know how she will hand out the right order placed by the person.I could hv walked away with someone else's order where as mine was all ready and sitting in their ready to go box.

My mother in law was so excited to see Mary Brown's on a recent trip since it closed on Medicine Hat. She convinced my husband and I to eat here one night. We were not overly impressed. Maybe it's because we live in Ohio and have such a plethora of amazing chicken places to eat, but we didn't find there to be much special about the food here. The potato wedges were soggy, cole slaw was warm, the mac n cheese was creamy but tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp, and the chicken lacked flavor and was extremely dry. If given the choice, we would choose something else next time.

Service was excellent, food was ok, but rather expensive for what I received. I ordered a 9-piece "feast," thinking this would be enough to serve 4 people, but the "medium" gravy and salad were more like a small, and the taters were barely enough for three servings. Overall, a bit disappointed.
