Service was horrible the lady at the drive-thru was extremely rude and had no idea what I said let alone told me I said what I did which I didn't. I asked for a manger and they just said sorry. say she needs to be fired.

Hello all, I usually don’t make bad reviews for bad service, however tonight was different. I ordered a McDouble meal amongst the rest of my 6 friends with me. I was getting frustrated after waiting up to 20+ minutes for my food to never arrive. I asked what happened to my order and the lady at the front accused me of lying for stealing food! I am never someone to steal. She told me “don’t do that” regarding the food being stolen. I was being cooperative and respectful in this situation, but she would not believe me and bring out my food. In the end, she eventually gave me my food with a nasty look and her face. Also, homeless guy in corner, scary! I will not be returning, thanks but not thanks!

Disappointed that McDonald's has stopped offering orange juice. Rating service is a joke as you do everything yourself but cook the breakfast. Order kiosk has no paper for receipts.We only chose McDonald's for a quick breakfast before going to work at a trade show so it was expensed and we needed receipts. We ordered at counter to make sure we got a paper receipt, and they didn't get it right so we needed adjustments to items when we picked up. Overall, with all of these changes to paper and plastic laws...it is ridiculous to enjoy a meal here anymore
I have been a devoted McDonald’s client since my first Big Mac in 1984 and I probably eat there at least once a week. This location is near my work so I like to grab supper and the drive home. I won’t complain about the food or anything about McDonalds but the lady that works drive thru at supper hour is very rude and unprofessional and I have had 3 unpleasant experiences with her over the last month. I will not be going here anymore unless they change staff. After a long day at work, I do not appreciate her rude behaviour towards me for no reason.
