One ordering machine was broken. The next didn't give me a receipt. They were also out of ketchup cups. Pretty poor over all.EDIT - And the latest time I was here there were literally homeless people sleeping in the booths, the staff gave no craps. Go literally anywhere else.

Pretty much a homeless camp inside every morning. The servers are really nice though. Maybe get security in there to help clean up the riff Raff. It's always nice to see bags of bottles and garbage on the floor and people sleeping at the tables. I'm sure your staff probably feel uncomfortable, as well as some customers.Edit: I asked the lady at the counter if they are going to do anything about this, they say they called the police. The police will not come, The owner will not get security. She don't feel comfortable working here. Great employer here.

For one, they didn’t ask if I needed a bag (I did) the extra 15 cents doesn’t phase me. Second of all , they didn’t give me a straw not to mention MY DRINK WAS NOT EVEN HALF FULL. I JUST WORKED A 10 HOUR SHIFT AND DIDNT EVEN RECEIVE A FULL DRINK. When I tell you it was barley pushing a quarter full. Anyways, super disappointed guys please do better.

Horrible service all around. Lady at the drive-thru mic told us there was shamrock shakes. After a 20minute wait for FAST FOOD. We got to the 2nd window to pay. They said there's no shamrock shakes. Almost the sole reason we had gone was for a shamrock shake. Then as we're getting our food, it was handed to me in a glass cooking pan. I said why? She insisted I had said "NO BAG" when I had said none of the sort. What a joke of a place.
