The reason for only one star (would do zero) is because there men's washroom is absolutely DISGUSTING! Honestly I don't think it's been cleaned since it was built....grossed out big time.

I was in the area and decided to stop there for something to drink on my way home. I take transit for context. I stood outside finishing up a text and saw an employee in a grey shirt, so I’d believe a manager, come deliver food to a truck. I called after her asking if I was blind or where was the entry doors as the side I was on, the doors were locked. She ignored me. I called after her thinking she couldn’t hear me but the entire time until into the building she ignored me. No wonder the reviews are piss poor lol I can’t imagine the quality of the food they slap together considering the one lady couldn’t even acknowledge me. Didn’t even bother ordering.

Check your order for accuracy in the drive thru!This location consistently gets my drive thru orders incorrect. Today was no different. I had forgotten to check my order when they handed me my food. When I returned to work I saw that they had given me someone else’s order. When I called, they didn’t even answer the phone.I genuinely hate leaving this review because I know it’s challenging working in the fast food industry. But come on, how hard is it to get drive thru orders correct? I get mistakes happen, but literally more than half the time I go there the order is wrong! It costs your customers time and money - The ONLY two reasons people go to McDonald’s in the first place.

Terrible customer service, waited for order about 20 minutes and when I got it, it was not accurate and not fresh. One of the customers stole my boyfriend’s sandwich. Managers can’t organize workers and are not friendly with customers.

I have waited 20 minutes for my order and order of my girlfriend. Also, someone from customers stilled my sandwich. Girlfriend got the grilled wrap, but wrap was without cucumbers and tomato, pies were not fresh.

Got my order messed up, no big deal, 8 paid the difference. The washroom while relatively clean, smelled bad because of the cleaning chemicals. Decent parking space.
I asked the manager to pass me a lid for my drink, and he kept on putting it on the counter instead of instead of giving it to me he was so absent-minded. He couldn’t even understand that I don’t want it touching the counter who knows what’s on the counter. You would think after the third time he would understand but apparently not no wonder these people work at McDonald’s

Ordered a big Mac meal , I refuse to pay for a bag , to me it's wrong on many levels . My choice . They proceed to hand me my meal from a tray that has been sprayed with cleaners . My frys were on side touching sides of containers . I said I won't eat those , I was given tremendous attitude , she threw out the frys and got another . Then said if I would just buy a bag it wouldn't be an issue . I said why would I, only city in Canada doing this . I will not support . She then said I should go to another city then ... wow , at this point I was so mad I didn't even realize they didn't give me my beverage .When you call and ask for manager ,get the run around and refuse to give thier name .Ridiculous , especially coming from a place I have no issue not going back to and sharing this experience with all I can .
