The atmosphere inside the mcdonalds is very... empty. Every now and then me and my mother get the family bundle, yet every single time we've received our order were missing our nugget sauce we ordered or get the wrong one l, the bigmac and filet'o fish are poorly made (as in constructed, the cheese on the filet'o fish is hanging of the side of the burger and there's little to no tarter sauce. Honestly, it's better to go to a different McDonald's than here.

I have never had any issues here with the food or the service however I have issues with Telus cellular service. My suggestion is you make sure your order is ready on the app because when you come around to the drive-in, all of a sudden 5G and one bar.

This McDonald’s messes up my order on a REGULAR basis. Literally the worst McDonald’s in calgary I swear. They need to train their people better cause it’s honestly ridiculous how many times they mess up peoples orders.

the worst mcdonald’s i’ve ever been to. i got overcharged for my order and the shift manager gave me so much attitude when i was explaining why i needed a refund. on top of that he had the audacity to say that i owed him money when i did not. i also had gotten a mcdouble and received a hamburger. 0/10 i do not recommend

Drive thru very slow. Food is hit and miss if your getting it hot or cold,need to work on getting faster and handing out hot food to their customers!

Sat in drive thru for a half hour for coffee and muffin.Had to leave to make work. Incompetent workers. Not friendly. Manager obviously not doing their job. Have seen workers stand and talk for minutes while orders come in.

The way they assembled the burger was terrible. Pickles are all one side, the lettuce is all falling off, so much salt on the fries, tables are dirty, etc.
