The food was incredible good, even more than I was expecting. The service was also really good too. The staff is very nice and friendly. The staff kindly explained the menu. The store was extremely clean. I would definitely visit here again! My friend found a good restaurant on a blog and we went there together, and it was even better than I expected. The owner was kind enough to explain the menu and provide great service. The store was also really clean and tidy. I think I will definitely visit again!

I bought it with my own money! I knew about Messi through a friend's recommendation... It was my first time going there after moving downtown! The store was very clean, the staff was friendly, and I was able to receive my food at the correct time. I really liked the rare deep flavor that doesn't come out unless you put your heart into cooking. And corndogs... they were so chewy and flavorful and didn't even have a greasy smell. Anyway!! This is a store I want to visit again and again.

Ordered through DoorDash today ordered the medium rice cakes for 25 dollars and this is what I got it was half the portion of what I got when I ordered a few months back or in store and it costs more and when I called today a girl specifically told me it came with seaweed rolls and gyoza but it came with an incredible small portion for 25 dollars and one piece of that. Huge waste of money if you guys are selling such small portions for that price at least let the consumer know because actually what is this. they also took 40 minutes to prepare this small order and got my one of my orders wrong I paid extra for a potato hotdog and got just the regular when I called back the guy not fluent in english couldn’t even understand me and just kept repeating that my order doesn’t come with all that when I already now know. Terrible service one gave me wrong info making me waste my money and the other one was just useless. You really have to try to make a food experience so terrible

Love Meshis the rose rice take bowl is always my go to. No one ever makes it like them! The best!Skip didn’t deliver my food to me so the restaurant ended delivering it themselves. The customer service never disappoints!Always very kind and I’m very grateful for their service.

Hands down the best Korean food in Calgary. They have a combination of traditional and innovative food, and it is so incredibly delicious. I’ve tried almost everything on their menu that isn’t beef, and it hits the spot. Daniel and the owner are also so kind, and it makes me that much more inclined to support this incredible local gem in Calgary!

Food was good! Both items were fresh and hot. The takoyaki was tasty and the sauce for it was very complimenting. The buldak mozza had the perfect amount of spice. My only complaints are that a lot of items were not available, and the tteokbokki is pre-made with fish so you can't opt out of the fish tofu like other Korean places.

I was walking by this little tucked away shop, and saw three young people munching away at what looked like blinged-out corn dogs. I was looking for something for supper other than local pubs with burgers and fries and the usual. I had to go in! This simply decorated, clean, and quiet shop is off the main drag. I'm not sure about parking, it may be off street. There's lots of tables and chairs, including a bar table, looking out onto the street. The menu is very easy to read and clear, and there were so many options. I asked the young people what they were having and followed suit. I ordered a half and half K-pop, with fried potato on the outside, and a drizzle of spicy and sweet sauce. The young man behind the counter explained the heat intensity of the sauces, and I opted for the entry level. It took about 10 minutes to prepare if that, and by the time I got back to my hotel room, it was still hot. Inside the K-pop, there is a sausage halfway up the stick, with the end of the stick being Louis gooey, melted mozzarella cheese! All of this wrapped in a coating which includes, cubed, potatoes cooked to crispy perfection. I would recommend this in a heartbeat! Super fun and different from the usual fair and very fairly priced as well! They also have a basic selection of soft drinks and Korean pop or juices.

It was quite average for the cup rice but the teokbokki was really good.

Meshi has become one of my favourite after school places for awhile now. Loveee their spicy rice cakes, wouldn’t get them anywhere else to be honest! They recently have added different spice levels to their menu as well, I would recommend mild for the perfect amount of spice- orrrr you could do super spicy for the challenge! (*^∀゚)ъService has always been nice here, but it can be a bit slow depending on the crowd.love meshi lots tho!! <3

Famous for spicy tteokbokki, and is my favorite place. It is quite expensive compared to the amount. Corn dog a.k.a hotdog is also expensive and they charge extra for the sauce. It is great place to try if you are a fan of tteokbokki, but wouldn’t recommend to go often. I maybe unlucky, but every time i visit, taste is different.

One of my favorites Kstreet Food. If you like super spicy Tteok-bokki , try it! It was No.1 place in Calgary! Not to mention, their mozza hot dogs were so good.
