Food was good but portions of appetizers weren't that great (e.g., calamari). Service by Kamryn was impeccable. I so dislike when restaurants add on a compulsory tip (20% in this case when there are at least 8 in a group). However the service provided by Kamryn was so good, it was worth at least 20%. But whenever a compulsory tip is required, I pay that and nothing more. I have been at fine restaurants and cruises and Kamryn's service put them to shame.

Service was incredible. Food costs too much for what you get. It is tasty though.Dietary restrictions: Great about taking care of my food allergies.

I ordered sirloin chimichurri from the special yyc package. The steak was burnt, the chimichurri bitterness was way too overwhelming. I expressed my disappointment to the server, Sean, but he just said thanks for the feedback.

Husband's work ordered lunch through the restaurant today. Husband has a severe anaphylactic dairy allergy and communicated it as such when ordering a "1989 burger". He was told he could not have the bun as it had dairy in it, so he would have to have lettuce instead - no problem. Burger arrived with an "allergy" stick poked into the burger to dictate the dairy allergy, but the stick was poking right into a hunk of cheese. CHEESE. DAIRY. Called the restaurant back, they got another meal going for my husband and sent it on its way. Husband was on the phone with the restaurant at the time of the arrival of food and spoke with them as he ensured this one would be safe to eat. Restaurant employee on the phone said to thank him for his patience, they had sent him a desert... Which happened to be a chocolate cake. CHOCOLATE. DAIRY. When my husband commented that he couldn't eat it, but would potentially save it for me when he got home, the employee did not apologize for another mistake, but simply said "you're welcome". We did not need the chocolate cake so we are not upset about that - but considering they tried to feed my husband his allergen TWICE, I would warn people with allergies away from this restaurant.

We ordered for Thai rice with shrimps and a Chicken burger. The rice was stale dried and very chewy. Chicken was fried in old oil and smelled so bad that my husband could not finish his food. The food was $75 and absolutely not worth it!! Very expensive and horrible food quality.

Greeted by a capable host, directed to our table immediately. Server and food were both excellent. We both had all day breakfast. Everything was hot and even the cappuccino machine worked.

Based on our recent experience, I feel the need to write this review to let others know they should consider eating elsewhere. We sat in the lounge which was empty. I ordered the Wagyu beef Shakshuka, my eggs came out hard (ordered medium poach) the server did get me some new eggs but I had to wait 10 minutes with my plate still in front of me and then I had to remove the original hard eggs from my plate myself with nowhere to really put them, and I now my food was really cold. My brother ordered the chicken penne and it was cold, they took it back to the kitchen and threw it in the nuker for a bit. There was no offer for a comp or even a discount. I also ordered 2 pints of Stella and that was $22 WOW.Anyways, they gave us no reason to ever want to go back again and I will not be recommending Milestones to anyone.

A good place to go for a burger. The other items on the menu are a hit and miss. As far as chain restaurants go, Milestones comes ahead of most. The prices are too high but the atmosphere and live music in the summer is why we sometimes choose it. Overall, good food, fun atmosphere but a bit too expensive for regular dining.

Overly crowded, door constantly open allowing the cold air to blow through. Service was slow, meals were a mix of cold vegetables, medium heated meats and hot sauce which did not add value to the meal.

The service was awful. Drinks were all brought out separately. One glass of wine never even made it to the table we had to ask for it again. Ordered an appetizer that never showed up, our mains were delivered first. Had to tell the server it never showed up. And it was freezing inside the restaurant!!
