After a horrible experience elsewhere it was a real treat to find this gem on Google maps.After finding a route here with all the road closures we were greeted like family while the counter staff helped us try flavors and combinations that we have never found anywhere else.The flavors all pop in your mouth so it was hard to narrow the selection but finally we each chose 2 and fell in love. Luckily we will be back hopefully before the seasonal flavors change.If you are a fan of flavor, and Ice Cream (Vegan or Regular) you owe it to yourself to fall in love here too!

Felt really welcome the moment I stepped into the shop. There were so many interesting flavours to choose from and im so glad I was able to try some of the flavours. Tried bunny and drunkaroos which were really great. Especially the bunny!! It really tasted like the candy!! I was asked if I want to try more flavours which is a very pleasant surprise because from where I came from, probably max two flavours to try. Settled for HK milk tea and sea salt. FLAVOURS ARE SO RICH!!! I really love the sea salt. Love the vibes of this place :) pretty decor, friendly energy!

This is a cozy place, beside a day care so the parking lot is often reserved for them. While most people get takeout but there are benches inside to sit and enjoy, which was really appreciated on the chilly nights we have visited. On summer days, there are some patio chairs too.Hong Kong Milk Tea ice cream is one of my stand-by flavours. I get it almost every time I come because it's super yummy! The flavours are unique; past seasonals have been Pandan Coconut or Ube Oreo or Bin Bin Cracker. Go try their flavours!Dietary restrictions: There are always dairy free options.Parking: 10th Ave is free parking. 9th Ave is paid parking.

Very welcoming service and delicious ice cream!Came on a Wednesday evening around 8PM and it wasn't too busy. We were able to sample some of the seasonal flavours such as the Lucky Candy and it tasted bang on just like. I settled with a kid scoop of their signature strawberry which I thought was creamy and very refreshing.Would highly recommend and come back.

From their humble beginnings serving ice cream by cart in front of John’s Breakfast and Lunch, Milk has flourished into something truly remarkable. Their ice cream is simply divine, with unique and delicious flavors that never disappoint. The Asian flavors are particularly outstanding, with Tong Yeun being my recent newfound favorite. I can't help but wish they'd make it a permanent fixture on their menu. Keep up the fantastic work, Milk team!

First time visiting and staff was super welcoming and friendly. She explained the flavours were were interested in and gave us samples before deciding. My friend got the Lucky Candy and said it tasted just like the candy and reminded her of her childhood. I decided on thr Tong Yuen which is one of my favourite chinese desserts and the black sesame and ginger rock sugar flavour was spot on! Will visit again for other flavours!

THE SERVICE WE HAD MILK WAS ABSOLUTELY STELLAR. THEY WERE SO KIND TO OUR GROUP WHEN WE HAD A ZILLION QUESTIONS ABOUT THE ICE CREAM. AND THEY DIDN'T MAKE US FEEL RUSHED WHEN WE WANTED SAMPLE AFTER SAMPLE. I LEFT FEELING VERY WARM AND FUZZY BECAUSE THEY WERE SO GENUINELY GRACIOUS. Wasn't planning on going here but my friend needed ice cream about having too much spicy chicken haha. This little ice cream bar is amazing! They have unique flavors like lychee and vietnamese coffee. My friend got the sea salt caramel skor and I got a vietnamese Cafe latte. We both thoroughly enjoyed the items and definitely recommend it to everyone! Will definitely be back as well!

One of the best ice cream places in the city. It joins the ranks of Made by Marcus and Village ice cream. Unique but absolutely delicious flavours. They absolutely nailed it. The Dunkaroos is by far my favourite and such a perfect rendition of my flavour childhood snack. The waffle cone is one to beat, absolutely delicious and the texture is like biting into a soft cookie fresh off an oven.It has a special place in my heart being one of the few places that offer an ice cream twist on classic Asian flavours.I remember visiting them when they operated in a shared music lessons space. I'm so happy to see them in a dedicated space and doing so well!Dietary restrictions: They offer gluten free and plant based flavours
