It was a pleasant experience dealing at this location, I believe that gentleman was the manager/owner himself, his attention to the detail on the specific ingredients was requested and some were not, the end result turned out be far more greater than expected, being a picky eater I decide to give this place a try and I think I was impressed by the quality that was delivered at this location. Amazing staff, excellent customer support and would be very happy to go the again.

Very welcoming service in this particular Mucho Burrito location. The owners are the friendliest people you can have serving you, and the food is always fresh and tasty. They are very generous with their servings which puts it over the top for me as someone who loves leaving with a full stomach.
Staff were very polite, bathrooms were sanitary and smelled nice.

I’ve been to this Mucho maybe a dozen times over the last few years, and it’s been pretty good. Usually they have really friendly service and the food is good - at minimum on par with other similar places!However, recently my spouse picked up burritos for us both and the quality had greatly diminished. We had either burnt or dried out rice that was crunchy in a super unpleasant way, overcooked dried up corn, and what seemed to be UNDER-cooked pinto beans that turned to chalk in our mouths. It was honestly inedible after our first few bites. If we were eating there or ordered delivery we would have brought this to the staff, but at the end of a long day with a baby at home, we just tossed them out and let it go. I felt it was important to review here since it really was such a let-down from what it was like not that long ago.I liked this place decently enough but we won’t be returning unless they can improve on the consistency of their ingredients or cooking methods/training maybe. It was super disappointing. Two stars only because I’m hoping this was a fluke…but I don’t think we will be back anytime soon.

I enjoy frequenting mucho burritos and I’ve been to quite a few around the city but this is by far the worst one I’ve been to.Of course have had an issue or two at other locations occasionally but this one seems to cause an issue every time I’ve tried to eat here. I’ve ordered from online ordering apps as well as ordering in store and it’s been consistently incorrect or unpleasant.The rice has had vegetables fallen into it pretty consistently; if I order more than one burrito at a time, the portions of each are never the same, either way too much rice or absolutely drenched in sauce and the next has barely any rice for example. This last time I ordered online and when I unwrapped my burrito the side of the tortilla was torn open and all the sauce has soaked the outside of it making it fall apart.Along with that the service most of the times I’ve gone in has given the vibes of irritation or like I was it was a problem that I was ordering. I got the feeling like me being there was an inconvenience even though the store was empty. I had also been told the one time I tried to buy a bottle of hot sauce from this location I was told it was discontinued so there was no point for them to try to go grab me one, however I went to another location the next day and was able to buy one, even having the employees at the second location tell me that it being discontinued was incorrect.There are a number of much better locations within a small drive of this location, the quality of which will be much betterDietary restrictions: They don’t seem to be very careful with their different foods seperate or not touching. Either leaving veg in the rice if it falls in; not changing their gloves if they get sauces or other things on them, I’ve had them has burrito sauce and sour cream covering their gloves and instead of grabbing a new pair, wrap my burrito with the same gloves leaving sauce in my burrito when I requested to not have any sauces in mine.

My boyfriend and I came for lunch, and when we were paying at the register noticed hair in my bowl. They immediately apologized and gave me a new one and threw in some brownies as well. I really appreciate their customer service and how they resolved the issue. Would come back again!

This has to be the worst Mucho Burrito I’ve visited in the city.I’ve ordered food from here 3 times, each time it tasted terrible. Food was cold when it was supposed to be warm.The customer service is pretty terrible, bad attitudes from the top down.Then i came to pick up a Doordash delivery as a Doordash driver and asked to use the washroom and this old lady told me I can’t use it because of “Covid”…. In 2023.I question the management at this place from the top down. I love Mucho, I visit the one in Shawnessy, 130 Ave, Mahogany, all great. This one… not so much. I question the owners ability to run this franchise.
