Breakfast was okay nothing special. What annoyed me was we were told we can get most things on the menu as half orders. We ordered three half order meals and then the bill was really high. After the fact they told us that half orders mean $3 off the meals. Like be clear people.

Place was jammed when we visited. Thankfully, they accept reservations, so our seats were waiting for us. Six eaters all enjoyed their meals. Home made hash browns were awesome, service was fast & friendly and the pricing / portions was perfect. We will definitely be back, thank you!

We love trying breakfast places regularly, so we went in ready to try something new but we were really disappointed. The food had no good points. The temperature was off (it was cold on one half and hot on the other). The hashbrowns had an odd aftertaste but no real flavour of their own--they were quite soft/soggy. The eggs were equally unflavoured and scrambled to of 1/4 chunks 3/4 crumbs. The toast was thin and very tough like it had been toasted ages ago. In terms of positives, the place is quaint, has a pretty charming aesthetic, and the servers are pretty friendly, but the food was unenjoyable to the point that we won't try it again.

I had the Spanish omelet and it wasn't edible. Coffee wasn't that good either. Service was slow after being seated but that was cause it was busy and some staff didn't seem properly trained. Maybe other food is better but my experience wasn't good.

Well if you want quality, you better be a cook.... scrambled eggs were raw, had the pleasure of watching the cook eat over the grill. Order was screwed up three times... what more lovely things would you like to hear? Overcooked potatoes and old bacon that they forgot to add from the original order.... needless tobsay, I won't be coming back and all for a lowly price of 50$ not impressed

Buyer beware. Food was truly nasty. Very thin omlettes using watery, rancid-smelling egg whites with massive chunks of overcooked vegetables inside. Eggs tasted like a kitchen sink - thin layer of dirty grease on all food. To make up for that, very expensive - two omelettes and coffee at 56 dollars before tip.New owners have ruined this place. Clearly all ingredients and quality sacrificed for cheapness and the Nellie's brand name. They also lurked around the restaurant area at all times, watching patrons eat uncomfortably closely. Never going back, did not finish meal.
