If I could give 0 reviews I would. We found a HAIR in our food and it made me loose my appetite, which is why I went back for a refund, but they didn’t wanna give me one because i used a buy 1 get 1 free coupon. they were claiming that only one poutine had hair in it, the other one was fine so they shouldn’t need to give a refund. I was so disappointed and had to fight to get my money back. they didn’t even apologize once. it’s so disgusting to find someone’s hair in the food you are eating

I'm craving for poutine today Sept 15, 2023 @ 3:10 pm so I decided to go to this NYF at TD CORE. I had a bad experience in one of their location in NE Calgary and thought I would give them another chance. Well the staff here are so nice and performed above and beyond. I think they are superstars and befitting to be recognized. Thank you Mark, Marah and Andrei for the wonderful experience I have received. You set the right standards on how to treat customers right. Keep rocking ?
