Came in to grab a quick bite and be on our way, we were the only two in the Opa’s.The lady took our order then did paperwork for several minutes, no one started making the food. After around 5 minutes I asked if anyone was going to make it or could I get my money back, that’s when they started cooking.No one comes to a fast food place expecting a long stay at a restaurant but this was just ignorant. Find somewhere else to go

The beef is either 3D printed meat or some type of fake meaT. It's awful. The chicken is real. The rice is over watered in cooking. The tomatoes washes taste like chlorine. 18$ for fake meat . Not worth it at all.

I’ve come to this location many times over the years and can confidently say I have never received a warm welcome from staff. It’s to the point where my friends and I even have a running joke about the employees and how every time we go we are faced with some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. The food is good, as is all OPA! restaurants. The atmosphere is dirty and looks unkept, but I never stay and eat as the staff turn me off immediately anyways. You should never feel like your business isn’t wanted and appreciated when spending hard earned money and the staff definitely make you feel that way, and as if you are incompetent.

Super disappointed, I came tonight to get a pita bread and fries and was super excited as I haven’t had opa in months and it’s always been one of my favourites, both the pita and fries had pretty much no seasoning on them and were super bland. Sad when you pay to not even end up eating the meal, I definitely don’t think I’ll be going back to this location to say the least. :(

I just order opa in Fort McMurray on skip. ive never felt so ripped off in my life! Ill never get food from opa again.
side potatoes cost $5.10 I received about half a potato, 3 slices one normal, one med, one small.
chicken gyro skewer $5.30 ( four dice sized peices of chicken) over half of the skewer stick empty.
wanted a ceaser salad for work lunch the next day, paid $9.59 for a fistfull salad with 4 croutons and about a 1" chunk of bacon as bits
Opa used to be good, now they are complete con artists. Boooooo! bunch of bums in corporate hq forsure.
