I asked her the best veggie option and she suggested the falafel wrap which was very good. Wanted to try out this OPA location because of how close I live to it. Was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. I asked for greek salad, which was not close to being fresh. I had my food togo and was fortunate to have FRESH cucumbers at home. I took a comparison picture of what fresh cucumbers should look like. The ones I got, I immediately tasted one (giving you guys the benefit of the doubt) but nope... was extremely soft, soggy, and almost translucent. I was hesitant to even eat the rest of my salad because I wasn't sure if the salad that was served was years old or what -- also I can not risk getting food poisoning, so take into consideration of what you are serving to your customers and the risks of serving not fresh vegetables. Should have read the reviews before coming here, looks like having fresh vegetables has been an issue at this location. Would travel to the other side of the city to other OPA restaurants than coming back to this one.

When I placed an order today, I was not asked what I wanted on my wrap. When I was called for pick up, I saw my wrap was already wrapped up. I asked how do they know what I wanted on my wrap? They replied, they asked me at the till and they put everything on it. When I let them know that I wasn’t asked, they said well that’s their policy so I would have been. They didn’t even offer to put the meat on a different wrap with ingredients my son would eat. Very disappointed in their customer service.

Keep your voice down when you mess up people’s order and instead of saying sorry staright up asking to pay more while originally we had asked for the same food item and paid for it. We do not have problem to pay more but there is way to deal with your customers.. it does not cost to have a smile on your face and also it does not cost you to deal with your customers WITH COURTESY!
Staff are extremely slow, people left the restaurant because it was taking so long. The lady working took 5 minutes filling sauces and hadn’t even started our food and we were the only people in restaurant. Took 15 mins to get two pita wraps and some fries….

Me and my family have been going here for years and they never disappoint. The staff are always very friendly, food is delicious, prepared in good time even when they are busy. I love this restaurant and the staff, my favourite Opa restaurant by far!
