Perfect place to have a tasty meal, the employees are friendly and quick in serving food. The guy with moustaches is too good, even the restaurant was busy, he was not frustrated and smiling during the whole transaction. Even the other co-workers are very co-operative. I visit this place every morning as I work nearby. Must visit to have happy meal!!!

The punjabi guy working there was not changing gloves and making falafel from the same gloves even when I told him to change he did not follow instructions and not according to my liking.

I went to opa on 15 march (evening), two really friendly employees were working and doing their job perfectly. A lady came and took nearly 20 minutes to order and when cashier asked about bag, she said how Im gonna carry it. When opa girl ask about method of payment, that rude customer started yelling at her saying she will pay for sure. I was totally shocked how a customer can do it to employees who are helping that lady from last half an hour to decide the food. I heard it cz I was waiting in the line behind that lady. Ive never seen that patient employees. They are doing to good. Must visit this place with good customer service and delicious food.

I think this is probably the worst Opa ive been to in the city. I went in today February 28 at 5pm and ordered an Opa platter and everything was awful. The chicken had been sitting on the grill under a metal plate even before i arrived. It was dry and super over cooked, like borderline burned. The salad tasted off, like it had been sitting there for a long time. Potato tasted stale and the pita was not placed on the grill long enough and no oil had been put on it. When i asked the teenage girl serving me to please grill it, she gave me attitude. I have lunch at one of the downtown Opas a couple times per week and have never had this issue. Just terrible staff and management.

I bought some calamari in this place and paid by cash. the lady received my cash with the glove on and then after that she handled the food using the same glove when she handled the money. insanitary

What a horrible service today i decided to eat at opa thinking its like all other opa what a massive mistake there were 3 people working there 2 girls very rude one guy who was beening bossed around by both girls . My order was chicken with fries the girl who was absolutely nasty drity put in one order of fries for 2 customer and she shared it between me and other customers which was absolutely sickening. It felt like a teacher sharing a cookie between 2 students. We both look at each other and the other customers told me if you like i will give you my fries i was no ots not about that i payed $ 20.00 for my meals the girl didnt cook for 2 customers she only did for me and sharing between us. So sick and disgusting money hungry. The opa at chinkoo the owner use to own opa at sunridge and it was beautiful and now its absolutely disgusting the employee stand at the front and just look at you well getting your order ready and speaking there natives launague and laughing is disrespectful. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE TERRIBLE NASTY DISGUSTING PLACE TO EAT . Cheap and money hungry.

I went to Opa sunridge, location was really clean. The staff is friendly and welcoming. It was around 3pm on Saturday, all the staff working at that time should be appreciated :)

So mys well be called a east Indian restaurant, I ordered chicken and has curry on it , should say curry east Indian chicken it's not Greek, understand Greek people don't use curry to season there chicken thats not European. So sick of restaurants doing this . It's not india !

We ordered a snack bowl, and didn’t know it did not come with protein. We said shrimp and then the lady charged us for an Olympus bowl . When we asked her she told us because we said shrimp that our was now an Olympus bowl. She took advantage of us not knowing that the snack bowl didn’t have protein.

I came to order the food this morning OPA Sunridge Mall store one of the cook was inside in the store and said I am busy in my phone. She said I can not help you now. Why OPA management hired such as people in the services who does not have customer service skill. After I did not order food with her and went to next food store got better service. why client pay money for food and service from such as arrogant person. Advise to Management please give her better training in coming day. Thanks.
